I started with the salad bar, which is one of the best in town, featuring fresh ingredients and a great selection of toppings. Read moreI went to eat here for the first time. I was sat by a very friendly hostess and it is a nice clean place. My waitress came up no smile, told me her name, asked what I would like to drink and if I wanted an appetizer, to which I responded I have never been here before and told her I needed a minute to see the menu, she looked annoyed by what i said and she went to go get me my dr pepper. When she returned I asked what she thought of an appetizer and she responded the stuffed shrimp were good. So I ordered those. I also asked if they had medium rare prime rib and she said she would go check. She came back and said they did so I ordered one with the salad bar and mash potatoes. My appetizer arrived shortly after while I was still eating my simple salad and about 5 minutes after my appetizer showed up someone from the kitchen brought me my prime rib. The appetizer was over cooked the prime rib was rare not medium rare the mash potatoes were cold and covered in green onions. Immediately after I pushed my plate forward from finishing my steak she had my tab in hand and asked if I had room for dessert. I ordered the cheese cake with strawberries and she brought it within 3 minutes of ordering it with my updated tab in hand and she told me she would be my cashier when I was ready. All in all the food wasn't worth the price. The bread they set at the table was so hard I had trouble using the steak knife they gave me to cut a peice off. I did not feel welcomed at all and felt like the waitress just wanted me to leave as soon as possible. She looked like she didn't want to be there and only was "happy" or smiled while she was talking to the other employees. This "restaurant" felt more like a fast food place because of the way I felt rushed and how fast the food came. Between the customer service and the quality of the food I give it 2 stars, I would not recommend...
Read moreStart with the beginning, waiting twenty mins for a good steak, I would do every day all day but waiting and listening to how rude the hosts were to guests coming in wasn’t the best first impression. Also a girl coming in looking for a position with the company, the manager, if you’d like to call him that was rude to her, she seemed super nervous. Nothing inviting about the place. I’ll say, This place has an amazing salad bar and soup was decent. Do not order a steak they don’t know a good steak. My 8oz Baron was horrible, not cooked at Medium Rare it was burnt and raw, no seasoning. Tasted like you pulled it out of the freezer and did no prep. The Ribeye my husband ordered was also horrible, raw and no real taste. I know a ribeye has fat but can we get a steak please. My daughters ribs were bleeding no go on pork for us, after waiting forever for the next best it was drier than jerky. Wasted a good 80 bucks and two hours we’ll never get back. There was no real customer service or concern to the issue. (TMI update but not even thirty mins later we’re sick.. not good, people stay away) The server Natasha was on it, great help to her ability and super nervous that the food wasn’t good at all. I felt bad for her but more so for our stomach we wasted two hours and a eighty bucks. The banana pudding is a joke my grandson at age 4 could’ve would’ve done a better job hands down. The bread was horrible, unless you’re into eating rocks. We will never be back, hope this helps anyone else that hasn’t been here before. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, ( OR YOUR GUT).. sad to say we were looking...
