*Updated in March 2022 to add that the service has become even worse since I first reviewed. I understand the pandemic placed a strain on all businesses, but this Walgreens has taken incompetence to a new low! The pharmacy hours have been cut to a pathetic 7.5 hours per day. The only reason I switched all of our family members to this pharmacy was because of the 24/7 availability. We are now moving everything to a different pharmacy, since Walgreens cannot provide what was advertised. Apparently, they are unable to attract additional pharmacists to work there, so they have to bring in people from out of town just to work weekends. They aren't accepting new customers, and they are losing the ones they have. Shame on Walgreens for allowing this to deteriorate to such a sad condition! I will never trust this Walgreens again, and will be leery of any others in the future. Their business practices are unacceptable and unprofessional! *

We've been traveling across country this winter with our four dogs. One requires a monthly prescription of antibiotics for an autoimmune disorder. Of all the Walgreens we've visited to get her prescription filled, this one was by far one of the best.
Within an hour of receiving my online prescription refill request, I received notification that her prescription was filled and ready to be picked up. I thought this was great service considering I had requested the prescription to be ready for pick up later in the evening. Also, when I got there to pick it up, the line to the pharmacy counter was long, at least 5 customers deep. I fully expected to be waiting in line awhile. Instead, the pharmacy staff (who were courteous and professional) moved quickly, and within about 5 minutes, I had her prescription in hand. Finally, after checking out there, I went over and picked out a few things from the refrigerated section to purchase. The clerk who waited on me for that was friendly and handled the transaction quickly and smoothly. I was in and out in a total of less than 10 minutes at a time that the store appeared to...

I ordered prints, they charged my card, and I even got an email saying my order was ready. I show up an hour later, wait around for 20 minutes, and then the guy casually tells me, “Oh, yours is canceled.” No apology, no responsibility—just pointing at the monitor like that somehow makes it okay. His excuse? “The printer is broken. I don’t know why nobody called you. The email was from the computer, not us!”
Excuse me??? You take my money, send me confirmation, waste my time, and then shrug it off like it’s nothing? That’s not “the computer,” that’s YOUR business failing at the most basic level: honesty and communication.
Then I ask about the $9 charge. He flat-out denies it, saying they didn’t charge my bank. LIE. My bank statement shows the charge clear as day. So not only am I out money, I’m standing there treated like I’m stupid.
