I recently had the privilege of working with Chicken Salad Chick in Roswell to cater a last-minute celebration of life for my father-in-law, and I can't recommend them enough. From the very first call, the manager (Caroline, I believe) went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during a difficult time. The team was so understanding, patient, and compassionate as we worked through the logistics with little time to spare. Not only did they prepare a very last minute catered meal, but they also ensured that every detail was handled with care—from food presentation to having everything prepared for us to pick up on our way to the ceremony. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations, and many guests commented on how delicious and well-prepared everything was. What truly stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the team. They were flexible, reliable, and made the entire process smooth, despite the short notice. It made an incredibly stressful day much easier to manage, and I’m so grateful for their exceptional service. I. Love. My. CSC Team!!!!!! Seriously this location is the best. The team lead, cooks and front staff. I feel passionately about the fact this team receives tips, now. They seriously deserve it.

Not only is this team extremely consistent with the quality of food and service, they’re so kind and go the extra mile.

I consistently order a melt for every visit. Today, I accidentally activated my 125 point reward for a sandwich or scoop but the melt specifically wasn’t available to redeem for that special – the points expired the same day. They could have easily told me I couldn’t get the melt and all of my points would have expired.

They made my order for a melt anyways!!!! They’re so cute about it too…. Photo for my sweet note. Keep in mind…. This was all in the middle of a HUGE lunch rush.

I’m contacting because I would like to complain. On June 15th I ordered at 7:23 my order number was: Order # 10575338469703681. I ordered cranberry kelli on a croissant and when I arrived I was told there wasn’t any croissants which was fine. So I just ordered a scoop. I also ordered chicken dumpling soup. I was told they don’t sell that at this particular location which is also fine. So I asked for loaded potato soup WITHOUT bacon. I received the food and the soup has bacon which I’m allergic too. Only found out because I had started to eat it and there wasn’t any crackers packed in my meal nor the little complimentary cookie I also asked for an Arnold Palmer with Minute Maid light and I saw the employee make my drink with regular Minute Maid.
