I tend not to believe the hype of certain restaurants but five guys is one of those exceptions where all the reviews plastered around the store including an Avengers comic panel featuring Spider-Man say "five guys is the best" are true.

And this is coming from someone who had the absolute worst burger the other day, this burger was phenomenal. It wasn't sloppy, this was professionally made and well worth the price. My friend who's vegan had some fries and I thought $6 for a regular was too much but it's well worth it. Not only do they pack the containers with as many fries as possible, they're SO good. The potatoes are so fresh and they have a very distinct softness thats never soggy or dry.

Probably shouldn't even mention this but I had some cream coke. Pretty underrated combo. Especially with the peanuts which I still can't believe exist in a burger place but are also free.

Haven't been to five guys in a really long time but this well worth it. The price, while expensive, is worth it. It's all worth it! Although odd complaint, I do wish there were more drawings around the walls like I've seen in other five guys...

I wanted to share my thoughts on a recent experience. I noticed that their soft drinks, while comparable to McDonald's, are priced at $3.29, significantly higher than McDonald's $1.99 (and even less if part of a combo). Additionally, I found their ice dispensing to be quite messy and abrupt, and the ice itself wasn't great – Fredy's has much better, soft, chewable ice that my whole family enjoys.

The small fries, priced at $5.49 (or $5.91 with tax), were good but didn't quite feel worth the cost.

The cheeseburger, at $12.59, was the standout item for me in terms of taste and quality, falling within an acceptable price range.

In total, my order of small fries, a soda, and a cheeseburger came out to $22.05.

Now before you call me cheap, I want to clarify that I'm not necessarily focused on the lowest price, but rather on getting good value for my money. For instance, I'm happy to let family or friends drive my Ferrari 458 Spider for special occasions or just to unwind. The car depreciation and maintenance cost is $2.75/ mile but the joy they get is...

I guess we were just unlucky. Walked in and there were no other customers. The place was empty except for employees. Ordered a burger and a drink for $13. Sat down and after a few minutes several other customers came in. Then, each one of those customers number was called. Ours wasn't. I asked one of the red shirted staff where our burger was, and was told someone else must have taken it. A black shirted staffer said he had made my bacon burger, and even though I emphatically explained that I still wanted my burger, it took them another few minutes of discussion before the patties hit the grill. FINALLY, the burger arrived. It was good. It just took 22 minutes to get it. It just sucks that having shown up very hungry, so many customers ordered, ate and left before we got our order, and no staff made any effort to make it right.

I'm still a big 5Gs fan. Being that I was customer #18, I guess I'll be on the lookout for customer 19, 20, 21 or 22 to ask them how they liked MY...

My father in-law and I decided to visit the Woodstock five guys location for the first time and we are very disappointed. We got there at 7:40. The manager on duty took our order with a rush. Nevertheless we got our food but without our fries. When I said something about it I only got a cup of fries. Then when we were about to eat one of the burgers was wrong b/c the condiments I oder were not included. Then I went back and the manager seemed to have an attitude. She told me to take the top bun off and reuse my burger to put the toppings I had asked for. Which I know it's wrong. She then grabbed the bun from my hand and told me that we couldn't dine in anymore b/c it was closed. And we couldn't use the bathroom b/ c it was already cleaned. It took us maybe 15 min to eat outside.Keep in mind we always go to the Sandy Springs but we decided to try our local one. Not coming back. Very rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary.

Want the fast casual feel of an old school 60's burger joint with the speed of a modern sit down restaurant? Five guys is the place to go. It's pricy yes, but it's possibly the best damn burger east of the Mississippi that can be found at a chain that ain't a hole-in-the-wall. Helpful staff members, such as Matthew and Selma helped me with a small problem we had, but as quickly as we realized it, it was solved. Truly great service! I'm glad there's a Five Guys closer to Central Roswellians, and you can be your bottom $8.99 I will be coming here for my double cheeseburger! You can add bacon to anything, even milkshakes! They have a Coca-Cola freestyle machine, and plenty of great items to choose from, including unlimited free salted peanuts!! Note to the wise: Bring a jacket, it can get a bit chilly!
