I wish I could give 10 thousand stars. We recently moved our grooming services for two super curly doodles (1 60 pounds and 1 who is 25) from Haven the Dog Spot to petbar. We'd previously used them for self wash (which is best in the area for self wash as well). I love that they offer teeth brushing and nail trimming and our doodles were so cute and happy when we picked them up. Most recently, our little doodle dug under our fence into a mess of briars and little "hitchhiker" balls were all over her. I mean there must have been thousands in her fur. My husband and I tried to comb them out of her but it was not working. We were sure she was going to need shaved. I called Petbar and the owner picked up. I told her my predicament and asked what she thought I should do and if they could take her urgently. I could hear in the background they were full and busy. She was so helpful and reassuring and told me to bring her in that they would find the time to work on her. She called me with updates along the way on what she recommended and on progress. We picked her up and she looked good as new and didn't even need shaved. Facility is top notch. People are top notch. Service is top notch. 10...

My dog Sadie and I had a great experience at Pet Bar Roswell today. We switched from a different groomer because Pet Bar is in a more convenient location for us. The facility was clean and organized. The service was everything I asked for, and on top of that they were QUICK. I used to have to wait 4 hours for my dog at your former groomer for a very basic service. Pet Bar had Sadie ready in about an hour, which is really helpful for her since the groomer can cause her anxiety. I also love that they have the dogs in small rooms (with a half door) and they have cameras on each room that staff (and owners) can see. I didn’t see any cages in sight. It just gives me peace of mind that they are keeping an eye on my dog, and also that they aren’t just locking her up in a small cage before/after her service. The first visit was great. We were going to sign up for monthly service after the second visit, however the bill was higher than we were told and we were booked incorrectly with a groomer, even though I explained on booking we just wanted the bath and blow out, because our puppy isn’t old enough for a full groom. Very pushy about trying to get add ons and once we got her home we realized that she had not been brushed out at all. Additionally, I’m not sure she was actually bathed at all. She still had two spots under her mouth that should not have been there if she had a bath. She was traumatized the entire rest of the day and I had a very bad feeling when I picked her up.
