Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Roswell

I work at a local hotel in town and ordered a pan extravaganza without green peppers and onions and with double helping of mushrooms. ( extra extra mushrooms. ) Mary from north main dominoes took my order. I told her i was front desk gave her my order and she told me it would be $20.00 something total, I reminded her front desk gets a discount as we have an agreement with Dominos. She got rude and said no you have to ask me to apply the coupon. How do we know you really work there? I told her that is the first time i was ever told that we had to ask for a coupon and that the discount was always automatically done when we call and say front desk. she rudely said no that's not true you have to ask for coupon to be applied, implying that i was lying . I told her that i have worked here for 12 years and have always ordered from dominos and not once has anyone but her told me that we have to mention coupon to get a discount. She said well people here never do what they are supposed to do. Which i took to mean the other employees she works with. Then when i get the pizza it was mostly sauce with a little bit of meat and very few mushrooms and olives. This is the first time i have been disappointed with Dominos. I ate the pizza because i had no choice as they had already closed and it was all i had for dinner but it was very unappetizing. I plan on calling general Manager tomorrow to...

This store was definitely not ready for football Sunday! Our food took an hour and 10 minutes to deliver, even though the estimate when I ordered was 35-50 minutes. The pan pizzas and cheesy breads were all undercooked. The online tracker was non-existent. Worst of all, our order arrived 45 minutes after I received a text that it was out for delivery. Sadly, all of the food was barely even warm, especially the pizzas. It truly was a damper on our first football Sunday festivities! When I called the store to inquire about our delivery 30 minutes after the notification it was on it's way, the store manager was too busy to come to the phone, and I was told by the rep who answered the phone that I could call back after it was delivered if we were unhappy with the order. I tried to explain that it was already obvious my food was going to be cold by the time it arrived. Her solution, they could make it again. HELLO!!! By that time would have already waited an hour for our food, and were really hungry! No, we don't want to wait to have it...

Good sandwich …. But horrible service; I sat at the pickup window for over 5 minutes, the automatic bell is apparently broken and there was sign in the window with instructions to push the button to ring the bell - it too must also be broken because it was pushed several times and got no response… but that doesn’t excuse the two guys who looked over to see my car at the window but then turned around and scurried out of sight rather than walk over to the window; after several minutes I was just about to park and go inside when a girl saw the car and came over to the window…. Surely if the button to ring the bell wasn’t working, I couldn’t have been the first person today to report that…. doesn’t deserve the one star that I’m giving them - but it won’t post unless you give it at...
