Cocina Sofia 3 — Restaurant in Roswell

The food is delicious but the customer service is absolutely horrible. I went in with my husband looking to order food for four people. After waiting for several minutes a guy came out took two orders and left me talking to myself. He didn't even let me finish making the order. He didn't even ask if it was dine-in or to go. A girl came out to give us chips & we said the food was to go & I also told her we didn't finish our order she just laughed and left. She then came out to give us the drinks for the two meals we were able to order & again I mentioned we didn't finish ordering. She just said ok & left. Then the guy came out I told him he didn't finish taking our order and he said oh ask the girl to take it. So when she came out I told her again we didn't finish making the order. She said okay and then left to go check out another customer and then went into the back again. When she came out again she had the food ready to go. We said hey we needed to make an order for four people not just two. At this point another table had been watching us tell them we didn't finish our order & was watching our interaction. At the counter dhe explained to my husband that it was just her & the cook. I understand being understaffed can be stressful but I don't understand how that equates walking away mid order & ignoring us each time we told them that they didn't take our complete order. It wasn't until we were paying for the 2 meals that they asked us if we wanted to add anything else. I honestly wanted to walk out after being ignored the first time but since the 2 meals that we had ordered weren't ours we stayed & waited. And we didn't order food for ourselves at the restaurant at the end as the wait time is understandably long & we didn't want the food that we already had to get cold. Again the food is good but if we ever do go back I hope the place is empty or well staffed to get...

It was my first time in this place. I saw it in the corner of my eye snd decided to stop in to get a to go order. The lady out front was very friendly. The restaurant was EXTREMELY clean as well as the bathroom. I ordered some soup, fajitas and a burrito. She brought me some chips and salsa to hold me over while I waited. The food was absolutely amazing. It was seasoned perfectly, the steak was tender, the chicken was juicy and flavorful and the soup was great. This place exceeded my expectations. This is a great “Hole in the wall” find. I’ll be back for sure to try...

The place has just opened, so I forgive the lack of decor. I didn't go for ambiance. What I wanted was the food, duh. That is where these guys shine.

The menu is loaded with options, so I sample tacos, gorditas and huaraches. All were spectacular. The Carnes asada, carnitas, pastor and Pollo asado are quite delicious.

The salsa that comes with the chips is amazing. Rich and smokey, unlike anything around Roswell.
