I have to say, I'm still in the restaurant. I was really looking forward to enjoying a beautifully prepared and delicious breakfast. Well, as the old saying goes, "you eat with your eyes before you taste your food". The presentation of the food wasn't bad, it just wasn't up to what I had expected. I ordered the cream cheese "stuffed" French toast with the apple cinnamon (emphasis on the term stuffed). The French toast was not stuffed. The "sandwich" was cut into 4 small triangles on a slim rectangular plate to make it appear larger than what it actually was. The French toast wasn't even "French". The bread had not been soaked in any egg batter. The stuffing was a sliver of cream cheese on the bread and the apple cinnamon was inside the cut triangular slices. Very underwhelming. My scrambled cheese eggs and bacon were on the same type of slim rectangular plate and the bacon was placed on top of the eggs as if the were supposed to be eaten together. The food tasted fine, however, due to the presentation, I had already diminished expectations. Honestly, there are so many GREAT options of places to eat for everything in the metro Atlanta area, especially breakfast. In my opinion, this is not one of them. I'm a breakfast person and I love receiving the value for what I'm eating. Today Keke did not fulfill that for me. Unfortunately, with so many other GREAT options from which to choose, I will not be coming back. My server was adequate. No personality, she seemed to be just going through the motions and it appears as if she wasn't happy to be at work today by her lack of enthusiasm. Again, with everything combined, I WILL NOT BE...

So we go to Keke's in Florida and was excited to go to this new location closer to home. It didn't take too long to get seated and order the food but this is when it totally collapsed.
It took about 35 mins for the kids food to come out and most of mommys meal and 2 eggs of my meal which was 20% of what I ordered. I told everyone to eat and it took an additional 15 mins for my 2 pancakes to come out and and still had to wait another 10 mins for bacon and potatoes which was what the eggs was supposed to come on top of.
At this time my eggs were now cold and our waitress was nowhere to be found because she was pulled to be a host and help in the kitchen;mind you there was roughly about 10 to 15 workers in the restaurant. My pancakes were not cooked all the way and then I found a gray hair in my food which turned me completely off. We requested the manager, and about 5 mins went by before she showed up. She listened to our complaints and offered to take my meal off the bill and half of my lady meal but I couldn't but help feel like that she was just trying to get us out of there and go about her day.
I was more so concerned with the cooks taking forever to cook our meal, the meal portions coming to the table at their own time periods and the lack of customer service. Keke's are one of our vacation spots when we go on cruises or go to amusement parks. But the one thing I fear is the crappy work ethic of this new generation that is gonna tarnish this...
Read moreReserved food at 11, let them know order yesterday, they took 1 hour and 30 minutes to give half of my party their food, and I still haven’t got it. (Edit, just got my food, it’s so mediocre, and overpriced) the salt and pepper were overlooking my table like a king, out of reach, the bathroom has some bum Dyson air thing instead of bounty paper because of the “environment” as they proceed to waste 50 oranges per meal, I hate it, mid. They somehow messed up toast, and the “fries” are 4 slices of a potato lightly seared and then thrown on your plate, it’s burnt and soggy, im unsure how that’s possible, but they did it. The water is also mid, I don’t know how, it just tastes funky, the straws are also decomposing in my drink, and the toothpicks are made of plastic, so much for the environment, save your asses, don’t come here. Edit: part 2, my buddies went, it’s also even more bum, their words not mine, they didn’t take my advice not to come, but they did, and obviously regretted it, sad isn’t it? What government organization allowed the opening of...
