Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Roswell

Disclaimer: I’m not mad because I didn’t get my way, I’m mad because of the principle of the situation.

I actually give zero stars because I just got off work which I have been working very long hours and I haven’t eaten since yesterdays lunch and so I have food in my fridge but, and all I craved the entire day was one order of crazy bread from lil Caesar’s and I’m all excited to be off before they close at 11 (as listed on the website) If it’s not I would have liked to have been informed politely but the lady was extremely rude. She told me they were closed and I asked what time they closed at and she said 11 and I was about to politely ask if I could possibly get my ONE order of bread, but she decided to cut me off with a rude tone saying “it’s 10:50 we’re closed.” And shut the window before letting us respond like???????, I’m not angry because of the bread, i found out afterwards that I had forgotten my card in my office anyways, but it’s the principle of it because it was so unprofessional and unnecessary. I have my child with me I am always setting an example of how to talk to service members etc. and she was shook that this lady was so rude! Imagine if all I wanted to buy was a SODA , like they really can’t grab a bottle of soda in a 10 minute time frame? Or correct me if I’m in the wrong because nowhere does it say “closes at 11 but stops taking orders at 10:30 or whatever lol....

It’s beyond baffling that this location is still open. We have been here three times, and every single visit has been a complete disaster. Customers are blatantly ignored for 10 to 20 minutes as if they don’t matter. They never have a single “hot and ready” pizza available, which is the bare minimum you should expect. When we ordered a classic hot and ready, they had the nerve to charge us for the overpriced “extra most best” pizza and then flat-out refused to correct the mistake. The manager’s response was not only unprofessional but outright insulting—blaming us and throwing money on the counter like it was some joke. This kind of disrespect and incompetence is intolerable. We walked out because dealing with such appalling customer service is a waste of time. This location (North) have gone off the rails completely. Frankly, it’s a miracle they are still...

On 7/10/25 I ordered one pepperoni extra sauce and one cheese pizza extra sauce along with the bread sticks. Called it in. Told ready in 30 minutes. When I got home the pizza was terrible. Cracker thin. Not cut. No sauce.. I was upset and called seeing as I had a meeting to attend. The guy told me bring it back when I could. And I’d get my money back. Went back and Audrey a manager told me that she can not give me my 30$ back. The guy was new and didn’t know better. She offered to remake the order and told me come in the morning Jermaine the other manager would refund the money. Went back. Not there. Come back at 6.
