Burger King — Restaurant in Roswell

Burger King, pretty much all fast food burger joints are the same. From local mom and pop to corporate chains. But in general all Burger King's, in my opinion has lost the who has the best burger war with the way the Whopper's are now made. First off a Whopper is about $6, and for what? The bun is 50 times larger than the hamburger patty. Also flavor is almost non-existent. A junior Whopper, or a kids burger have the same size of pattie then the Whopper does. I recall in the not so distant past, Whopper's cost only $0.99 cents. The meat was a lot bigger, and flavor was bursting out loud. Now this location has always been clean, and has descent customer service. But and this is for all Burger King restaurants, the quality and quantity of food has fallen severely down the drain. If you are going to charge us $6 plus for a burger at least give us a good descent burger with a nice size of meat. For that price, I can get a great burger with a nice size of meat from a steak house, even from Applebee's and Chili's. Burger King, I think it's time to reevaluate, revamp, and redo your menu with quality and quantity food. If anything at least make they Whopper as if it was the only item you sold, and all your time And energy and compassion was put into it. Went to Burger King today around 1:30pm we ordered your double cheese burger combo 2 for $10 deal, 3 kids meals one being 4 piece nugget, other 6 piece nugget, and the third was the cheese burger only cheese and ketchup, then a number one no ketchup our order was ready we were sitting in the little play area with the kids we were missing the 6 piece nugget kids meal I let the manager know that was standing in the front bagging the good i showed her the receipt she tried just handing me the 6 piece nugget no kid meal I told her again it’s a kid meal she seemed bugged got a bag threw my fries in there with the nuggets then I let her know we ordered combos you gave us our burgers but no fries, she then asked for the whole bag back so my daughter went put all the burgers back in the bag stopped the kids that were already eating so we could show her we do not have the fries, by then I was already upset told her I’m sorry you feel we will steal fries you can have your burgers back can I just get my money back, another manager came up from the back she asked what happened I let her know the whole situation she apologized then the manager that was handling the issue from the start asks for all the drinks back after I told her since we already drank out of the cups I will pay for them but in order to get my money back she needed the drinks also! Sept. 27th 2017, I was standing in line looking at the menu and looked at the cashier talking to a customer who happened to be holding like a day old puppy and cashier girl took it from customer and was petting it. By the time it was my turn to order , I was already squeamish by the cashier handling my drink cup as she held it on the lips. Asked her that I wanted a clean cup as I saw her holding the puppy. She then proceeded to tell me she washed her hand and was still wet. Which means she just washed for a quick second and not dry her hands.I told her thats not the point. She wasn't suppose to be handling any animals much less have any animals unless service brhind the register in which case was not. She had a little attitude. Then when I got my food, I told the lady handing me my food that it's to go. She turned around to get a bag but dropped something and said she was going to wash hands, that too was a quick second. She proceeded to put my food in the bag and a few fries fell on the tray and grabbed it by her bare hands! She mentioned she had just washed her hands! Do they know OSHA? I was so mad that I just threw the food away instead of asking for new food cause I was afraid it could get worse by maybe spitting in my food. I just chunked it as charity.
