Eggs Up Grill — Restaurant in Roswell

Our neighbors referred us to this spot and it did not disappoint! We arrived around 9:15 AM and got our name on the list. All the hostesses were very happy and friendly. It was about a 15min wait, but they moved so quickly we were sat in about 5min. Our server was friendly and greeted us within moments of being sat. Since this was our first time, she was also very helpful with the menu. I ordered the Eggs Benedict everything was cooked to perfection the hollandaise was rich and creamy and their home fries OMG! Everything was wonderfully seasoned. My husband ordered the Three Little Dueces with sunny side up eggs and french toast. He nearly cleaned his plate and the eggs were picture perfect. On that note, they make their french toast with rolled cinnamon bread. Easy on the syrup with this one, because it is incredibly sweet. Too sweet for him to finish, but if that's how you like it dive right in! I had a bite and thought it was delicious, but very rich as well. I don't have a sweet tooth. The restaurant itself was very clean and well maintained, it was not overly noisy, and tables were spaced well apart so it was busy but did not feel overcrowded. Update: 11/8/15 Once again I'm incredibly impressed. Due to popularity and lateness in the day of our arrival, we waited about a half hour for a seat. But as soon as we were seated, our server arrived immediately, took our order and was friendly even though she was rushed. It wasn't 10 minutes before our food arrived fresh and hot. Everything was perfect and as we ordered it. And I love that the owners commended on my review: this restaurant is obviously one of a kind - they really care about what their customers are saying. Their employees are hard-working and have good attitudes even though they go through a good amount of stress. The kitchen is efficient and yet the food is made fresh. I can just go on and on about the freshness of the ingredients and quality of food. Again, I'm impressed and will be back!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Fresh and delicious

I got: Oatmeal English muffin Grapefruit slices

The oatmeal was steel cut and the texture was perfect. It came with fresh strawberries, blueberries, pecans, granola and raisins along with brown sugar. Once I added some multi t was perfect. I eat oatmeal at a lot of restaurants and it is difficult to get the temperature and texture correct.

The grapefruit slices were fresh from a cut grapefruit, which was delicious. The English muffin was massive and fresh.

The service was prompt and friendly.

Highly recommended...

Online ordering doesn't work for this location, forcing you inside where there is no social distancing.

The wait staff take masks off in food prep areas and while talking to kitchen staff.

I was given the wrong food. They handed my food to the person who was supposed to get it and I have no reason to think they remade my food. They did this while not knowing if me or the people who had my food have COVID19.

It's no small wonder that they have a giant sign saying that if you get covid19 from their establishment and die then they are not liable. They are taking 0 precautions against infection. I wouldn't go back even if I had a vaccine. They are grossly negligent.

Thankful I got pictures of the staff not wearing masks in cas there is any doubt or effort by the owner to claim otherwise.

I ended up going to McDonald's. At least they know how to appropriately wear PPE.

If you're looking for a local breakfast place that won't give potential infect you and your entire family through 0 observation of health and safety rules, check out the Pancake house on Windward Parkway. Their employees always have masks and gloves on and the food tastes better.

Mcdonald's can figure this out. Waffle House can figure this out. Other locally owned restaurants can figure this out. There is no excuse for the reckless and unhygienic way this...
