Starbucks — Restaurant in Roswell

I've been going to this Starbucks location for years and it is fantastic. Yeah the parking lot is a bit small and can cause an issue in the morning rush when the drive-thru line gets long, but that's just to be expected. In all my years of coming here, whenever I had a bad barista, I never saw them again. The hiring manager for this location clearly does a good job of making sure that they only keep positive baristas long term. This location is a bit smaller, so less indoor seating and coffee mug selection, but it does have two gender neutral bathrooms, wheel chair accessible seating, and a spacious outdoor patio. Don't let those other reviews about fluke bad experiences dissuade you from going, I've known baristas that have worked there for over 4 years and they've gotten to know me and always get excited to see me and ask how I'm doing. They truly have great staff...and even...

My niece and I just left this location. Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience. We had a curbside order and I checked in with the app. We waited about 10 minutes (because we did see there were a few cars in the drive thru) so I gave them extra time. Well, still nothing so I called. The barista said they were just "finishing up" on our order. Finally, she brought the drinks out...actually just one drink. I had to let her know we had a 2 drink order. She went back and got the other one, however no apology for the wait. She was very jolly and pleasant (I will give her that). We drove off and tried the drinks and they were gross. Completely watered down. It was as if they had been sitting for a while. We were so disappointed with the service and quality today. This is possibly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Last weekend we went inside and ordered a coffee, double espresso, and latte. Got the espresso in about 5 minutes but no latte. Waited another 5 before asking the barista (who didn't once ask me what I was waiting for although I stood right there for 10 minutes) and when I did he pulled my drink from the drive through queue after it had been sitting there. Today we went through the drive through thinking that might be better service and after pulling away and going to the park realized they gave me the wrong drink.
