You would think it would be pretty simple to get 2 pages scanned at an office supply store in 2025 but you would be incorrect. I called on Sunday afternoon to see if large scale scanning was a service that was provided and was told that it normally is, however not at the moment. The associate who runs tat depot was not available or something. I was told to to come back the next day between 2 and 8 and they would be able to scan my documents for me. So, Monday afternoon, around 6 pm, I enter the (empty) store and head to the Print Dept, only to be greeted by a large sin that read "due to understaffing, print dept is closed"
I went to inquire with the two associates on duty hoping to get a little help still, but was told that they would not scan for me because they were the only two people working and had to stay on the floor.
I looked around and the entire store was empty. It was just us in the store. They were just standing there and had nothing but time to help me with a service they claim to provide. To be honest, the place was trashed so they obviously were not busy cleaning.
Anyways, I was turned away and now locating a Post Net to get the job done. I will not be returning to this location again for anything in the future. From the looks of it, this relic from the 90's won't be here much longer.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. IT IS DIRTY, THE STAFF IS NOT HELPFUL AND THEY WILL NOT PROVDIE A SIMPLE...
Read more🌟 Exceptional Customer Service at OfficeMax Roswell Print Center 🌟 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As someone who leaves Google reviews, I can honestly say this one deserves special recognition.
I had a last-minute project for a volleyball awards banquet, and of course, my home printer went down right when I needed it most. I had about four hours before the banquet started—with errands to run, a drive home to get ready, and then a trip to the venue. Stress was at an all-time high. That’s when I met Araksia Karagyozyan at the OfficeMax in Roswell, GA. I had 40 unique player certificates that needed to be printed on special paper—each one different. I assumed this was going to be complicated and time-consuming.
But Araksia immediately took charge with calm confidence. She offered a quick solution, asked me to send each certificate directly to her, and reassured me she could handle it. Even while helping other customers, she stayed patient, professional, and laser-focused.
The results were outstanding. Every certificate came out perfectly printed—crisp, clean, and professional. The turnaround time and quality both exceeded my expectations. What could have been a stressful disaster turned into a smooth and even enjoyable experience thanks to Araksia’s exceptional customer service and skill.
If you need anything printed—big job or small—ask for Araksia at the Roswell OfficeMax Print Center. She’s a true pro who goes...
Read moreThis store has a serious employee problem with the older white guy who is the cashier and his coworker at the photo/print center. There is currently an OfficeMax promo going on for Visa gift cards where you get $15 off every $300 purchased. The promo signage in the store clearly states a "limit of 10 offers per household/business (see included photo)". Yet when I tried to purchase within these limits they would not let me, saying they have some "store policy" that you can't buy more than $600, even though it is not indicated in the signage anywhere (furthermore, I know for a fact this arbitrary "store policy" is not in effect at any other area OfficeMax store, only this one). When I asked to speak to a manager, the cashier gets an attitude with me and brings over his coworker from the photo/print center, who states the same but then tries to change his tune and say I can now buy up to $1000 worth of cards??? So what happened to that "store policy" that was being enforced so strictly?? Finally, I asked to speak to an actual manager, and they say no manager is even there...how convenient for them. At that point, I'm fed up and leave. You guys literally lost thousands in sales because of this nonsense, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who's encountered this problem with...
