The night staff arenât helpful at all. When i asked questions, multiple nights, they asked me a question back âIs it not on the back (product)?â Obviously not if iâm coming to you asking a questionâŚthey close at 9, but donât go after 8, they donât want you there. Another situation, while checking out, i went towards a person to check out (only because i had a product that needed a stealing device removed - i prefer self-checkout ALWAYS) the girl proceeded to tell me that âthey have self-checkoutâ as in she didnât want to check me out, then saw the stealing device and said âshe could take that offâ. Thatâs literally why i was coming towards you, because i needed help to get the device off so i could check out. If i can figure something out myself, i will. I prefer not to ask questions or ask for help. But if iâm coming towards you, clearly iâm requesting your help and service. I love Michaelâs and their products, but their staff are awful, at least the ones iâve...

I doubt most of them are like that though. The store was fairly clean and reasonably organized, especially considering I went there around Christmas time. I found the stuff I was looking for eventually. The isles are wide enough that you could probably navigate them in a wheelchair. The location feels safe. The parking lot is illuminated at night. This store is very good for your crafting needs as advertised. However, if you are there for decor for an office, a party, or etc, you might struggle a bit to put together a cohesive look. I did have to visit others to achieve the level of polish I needed for my formal event. Either they have what I needed or it was oddly expensive here. But that's okay, it's just a crafts store not a decor store. Overall, it was fine or whatever....
Read moreThey do not want your business after 8:50pm. We all know what time you close and that you want to go home, but you still have a job to do. An employee stands in the doorway to alert you theyâre closing in 10 minutes before entering, then the other employees create a fake reason to ask you if you need help only to be reminded theyâre closing in 8 minutes, then the loudspeaker alerts you theyâre closing in 5 minutes (this 5 minute notification is acceptable and standard), THEN they all disappear and you have to wait in line to check yourself out. Poor experience at the Stonebridge Sq Roswell Michaels, management needs to get...
