Pho Roswell. The place that doesn't show on maps unless you search for food. (For some [Odd!] Reason.) Regardless, the place is WELL PAST EXPECTATIONS. If you are looking for relatively cheap cuisine that is Super Good, go here!
The restaurant has Excellent Service! This is my second time here, and both times the have earned the Service Star! The waitress that asked for my orders was polite and respectfully Fun! I have no problem with them, the family owned business has great service, awesome respectful workers, and...
A Very (VERY) Clean area!! They have a Well Maintained restaurant, and earned the Cleansleness Star! They have clean floors, and actually clean up during business hours! The restaurant also has a clean outside, which makes it very presenting.
Bathrooms are Great! How does this restaurant do? How bout' the Bathroom Star good? Future wise, their bathroom has only one singular toilet, but has a Men & Woman bathroom. Inside the bathroom, they have a clean area with super good soap and.. SOFT AWESOMENESS for toilet paper? What's not to love?!
The. Food. Is. So. Good. Imagine eating your favorite food, on a cloud, on your favorite season, with it raining 1 million dollar bills around you. -Yeah, that's how I describe the experience. It's cheap, child freindly servings, and adult freindly servings. Totally earned Food Star!
And, with all stars past EXPECTATIONS, I give it the SUCCESS STAR!!! This place is amazing, I encourage everyone to...

Well... Pho Roswell lives up to its hype. It's tucked away in a shopping center so you probably won't just run into it or see it driving by. You will sad, though, for missing it.
They have a variety of things on the menu -- rice dishes, banh mi, noodle dishes, and of course... pho. On a first time trip, you have to go with the namesake. I have to say, the broth was really fantastic and flavorful. When I got out of my car, I could smell it from 20 feet away. The noodles were a good, firm texture.
There's an 8 ounce difference between the medium bowl and the large bowl... and it's just a $1 difference in price. Worth it. A bowl of pho will run you around $10.
I might have also gotten a banh mi for later... which I might have also already taken a bite of. Really good. Bread is chewy and soft... and the pork has a delicious flavor. That's around $5.
Pho hasn't really permeated the northern/northwestern suburbs (and let's not kid ourselves with Saigon Cafe.) I don't know if it would stand up to places like Lee's Bakery, but it's a rare treat to find something that tastes this good...

I have to tell you since getting a bowl of Seafood Soup from Vuu Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar on Woodstock Road on January 23, There soups both the Seafood Udon Noodle Soup and the Miso Soup was so bland I now think I was just served hot water with few drops of coloring added.
Pho Roswell Authentic Vietnamese on Crossville Road served me the absolute best Seafood Soup I've had since visiting 3 other restaurants. This soup had flavor! My taste buds were doing a happy dance to the very last spoon full...I gobbled up everything!
To boot I ordered a to-go plate for dinner at home. The Lemongrass Beef w/ rice. The meat was little tuff so what I did was put it in my steamer pot on low heat in a covered bowl and allowed it to cook in its own juices slowly for 90 minutes. Dinner was ready.
I did not mind doing this at all after having my experience at Vuu Asian whom I believe are very stingy and very pricey.
Pho Roswell I thank you I enjoyed my first visit, I will return.
Went back January 25, 2020 ordered the Pho Tofu Noodle Soup that to was delicious. I need to go to other Pho Restaurants and get the niddy gritty on things...
Happy...
