I lost 92 pounds a couple of years ago by eating Clean Eatz meals but, near the end of my weight loss journey, the Clean Eatz Cafe that was closest to my home closed down. I was advised that I could pick up my meals at the Roswell location moving forward. I visited the Roswell location twice and did not really click with the owners and the employees did not really seem to be as enthusiastic and engaged as what I had been accustomed to. As a result, I began ordering my meals from their corporate office and having them delivered. Over the weekend, I noticed a breakfast meal that sounded very appealing but it was not available through corporate, only at the cafe. I decided to go ahead and order a few of these meals and, when I went by to pick them up this afternoon, I noticed a ""New Ownership" banner in the front window. I went inside and, as soon as I walked through the door, I noticed a completely different feel to the entire store. The store was busy, everyone was greeting me as soon as I entered, and the manager was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She then introduced me to Rick, the new owner who also owns the Sandy Springs location. Rick carries that same positive energy that I felt was a part of the Clean Eatz culture. Even though Rick was conducting interviews, he stepped away to meet me and welcome me back to the fold. In the two weeks that Rick has owned this location, he has truly turned this place around. The Roswell road location was great-clean, polite, food was great. The Roswell road location mentioned the mistake happens all the time and they process refunds all the time as a courtesy btwn owners. I duplicated my order there and paid while I waited to hear back from Roswell, Ga. The Roswell, Ga location is 2x the distance so not ideal to have to drive there too.
This location in Roswell; I never spoke to the owner but everyone seemed nervous to ask the owner about the refund which is a bad sign for me. (The owner at Roswell road was on site and was very kind.)
At the end of it, I was told id get a refund which still has not happened. I’ve worked in retail. Refunds are not complicated but they made it seem like it was this drawn out process.

Read moreI love this place! I have never used a meal delivery system but this place was highly recommended by CrossFit Dwala and it is awesome! But today they were over the top with customer service. I had to pick up some meals for my husband and I but I have ripped up my back somehow and was also on my way to my chiropractor. I told the young lady at the counter that I am so sorry but I needed help lifting the baskets. She was amazing! She came quickly snatched both the baskets up took them to the counter and then said she wanted to put them in my car as well. Customer service these days is really bad and it was refreshing to have such an upbeat person be so great to help me out.
