Arby's — Restaurant in Round Lake Beach

When we went in to the restaurant my wife ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich Market Fresh and we're told that they don't serve that any longer. I told the manager that there was a big picture of the Market Fresh sandwiches up on the display and why would they advertise them if they don't serve them. She just said, I know. When I went to get Coca-Cola out of the dispenser it did not taste right and I told them they needed to add the caramel. The Sprite also did not taste right and needed to be changed. When I was at the counter waiting for our order I could see the timer for our order showed that it was completed 5 minutes ago however there was no one at the counter to give us our order. I finally got one of the workers attention and they put our order on a tray and gave it to me. I would say that the service was far far from what it should be especially since they weren't busy. The food is really good I love Arby’s. But Arby’s doesn’t have Apple Pay and it’s a big inconvenience… I went to the Arby’s in round Lake and when I was told there’s no Apple Pay I looked into my wallet grab the cash that I had and had to pull out like two dollars and something cents in coins. The man that worked there it was very understanding the woman was kind of like in patient and kind of rolled her eyes that I was giving her two dollars and something and change. When I posted on my Facebook saying that I can’t believe that Arby’s doesn’t have Apple Pay I would go there more often if I knew that they could take my Apple Pay. I came at 10:49 on Saturday night they are open till 11:00. As I pulled up to the speaker they turned off the menu and the person said "hi we're closed." I replied I thought you guys were open till 11:00? To which he said "yeah we're closed the machine is broke." What machine? I didn't even order anything how do you know what I was going to order to know if the machine would be broken? Were all your machines broken??
