I ordered a pizza, wings and the marble brownie cookie. When I received the text message telling me that the driver "Gabriel" was in the neighborhood my friend went to wait on the porch for the delivery. Then I received a text that "Gabriel" was pulling up. Shortly after this my friend saw a car pull in front of the house one door north of us, saw a person exit the vehicle, return to the vehicle and then drive off. Almost immediately I received a text telling me that my delivery was completed and I should enjoy my food. My friend then came inside and told me what had happened. I immediately called this store and spoke to a young female and related the information to her. At which point she told me that the driver had knocked on the door and when there was no answer subsequently left the food sitting outside without making any attempt to contact me via phone or text. And when asked why he would do that she stated " he knocked in the door, no one answered so he left it because it was already paid for"! I then asked to speak with the manager. And when "Pat" came on the phone I explained to him what happened. He asked me "how do you know if it was our driver?" and " can you describe the car?". I then got agitated and told him it was pretty obvious it was their driver because of what we saw and receiving the delivery text immediately. He then said asked if we could go to the house next door and retrieve the food. When I told him I was not going to go and retrieve cold food he told me he "didn't need my attitude"! I then explained how poor his business sense is to say something like that to a customer and told him to cancel my order and refund my credit card. Read moreWe made an order for the house here, 6 people. So 3 medium pizzas with 2 cheesy breads. Our order was about 9:30-10pm. It took an hour & 1/2 for the order to get to us. We did call to find out what the hold up was & amazingly we were told the driver was in front of our home. My husband went & brought everything in & that's when we noticed we were 1 pizza short. Of course, a call was placed to let them know what had been done. As the girl started talking to my husband, she, made sure to let us know it was sitting right there on her counter. How nice. We now asked for this to be remade & brought to us again seeing as how this was not our fault but, she let us know that wasn't going to happen. Could take a pizza that's been sitting forever or a credit for 5.99. That was when I finally chimed in & said NO... you would take this if it was your order. This is now principal. I had people in my home NOT eating due to their mistake. But her excuse of 10 deliveries before me was more important. She did finally say the pizza would be brought & a credit given. My son sat outside for 30 more minutes & guess who NEVER showed back up? The next day my husband & I did go up to the store & talked to the Mgr. She seemed rather embarrassed by how her store was run the night before. There was no reason to go in & scream & holler about things but to make her or anyone aware was the goal. The Mgr was nice enough to upgrade my medium that was left behind to a large. I truly hope that my screwed up situation was rectified. Ordered the pizza with a few extra toppings, pizza was deliver 45 mins later with it undercooked, when I call the store manager Scott answered and stated that it's my fault I did not ask for it to be well done, he was too busy to call me to ask me, and that he will offer me a $5.00 credit if i want to replace it. ....
I asked him i want his mangers info, he said no its confidential, I asked him for his managers hours it's was again confidential, I asked him his DM's info and again it's confidential I asked him if his manager works tomorrow, again confidential I asked him if he's will to replace the pizza and I will forget this this happened, and I again got the credit toward's a next pizza,
This guy is not management material and is clear based on the fact that he is unable to handle a small issue of just saying I am so sorry i will fix it, I will have it to as soon as I can, but instead he starts by saying it's your fault...wow amazing how Domino's service has gotten to trash....DON"T ORDER HERE EVER!!!
