Subway — Restaurant in Round Lake Beach

A few days ago my family had thought we could use our b1g1 subway full but found out order thru payment on our cell thru internet. Took seemed forever move, think subway was very busy. None of this was the gentlemen who working there.

OK after that was done with payment online it transferred into store so the subway employee could run or order. He was so kind we just had to order the simple click which sandwhich we wanted for type. He said don't worry to take time what exact one we wanted online to pick out online exact sandwiches as he let us do once paid online to him to tell us what veggies, etc. wanted.

Wow I wish I had his name. He was the most patient ever subway employee ever. I thought the way restaurant was set up to place a whole row of windows between long glass order of food between employee and us. Safe at least 6 ft if not more. All exact things everywhere where to do etc safe. Recently about right when eating in stores had changed was not nearly set up to my normal subway I've been coming for years but that subway might not have known how set up in March.

But what was different from my usual to Rollins Road sub was 100% better. Rollins road is probably only 10 min further than other subway in RT 45 sandwich was way different.

The employee was about 6 feet 10 in dark hair, glasses so supervisor could be given a huge great employee please. If I had his name I would have. He was the best subway employee I've had in over my 25 or more years been shopping around subway around country.

This employee made the best sandwiches we ever had. He actually put so much stuff on them, which wasn't that much more than all I've had in past years but enough that seems I was filled full and had enough to feel like I paid for what I got. I told him in person I could tell he actually made ours bring made in person like ad online subs look or ad online for subway subs look.

Years past I used to shop at a mom n pop homemade sub restaurant near navy base. His subs were so filled he nicknamed subway restaurants as skimsub. Meaning very skip most subway subs. Well the guy employee in subway on Rollins road was the first sub I've seen that exceeded to good most that equalled to how good, quality but majority how much filled on tops however 1 pops he did. I absolutely hate subway corporate on bottle of sauces and spices they changed. I used to use reduced fat mayo, orageno spice and also the seafood. But I was asking him what spices again, I read off to him all he said back to make sure what he said. He must have thought when I started saying spices but I didn't and he started putting salt. I said Stop on salt I never ever use it. I didn't have there word yo ask redo it as what subway log I is, if not made right it would be redone. Not a biggee and I didn't taste it as almost everything cooked has sodium in them.

I hope that employee is recognized how awesome he was plus how keep clean all bring done. He had so many lots orders thru computer coming in. We were only stop in.

I only took 1 star as how long online subway system taking and even kicked us off twice and oops on salt. It was simple honestly a simple miscommunication.

Thank you that location who hired that supervisors did....

Employees were very rude when we visited earlier. Both the employees sighed in exasperation when we walked in. The large young lady was especially rude. She never said thank you and spoke to us in a curt manner. I asked for extra onions on my sandwich and she put only two small pieces on top of the tiny amount she had. None of the employees working greeted us or spoke to us politely. The Male working at the time even yawned. Will not be coming to this locaction again, and I will be going out of my way to visit the Walmart...

I have never given any subway 5 stars before, but this location is the best because of how KIND this employee is. We went here twice and each time he was patient, and the second time we came here last minute and he still let my partner in for sandwhiches. He was putting everything away already and he works 12 hours a day! Because of this man honestly! Thank you so much for being kind! Sadly it is very rare to find a genuine kind person now a days! I had to leave...
