The store is good but the service from the employees is not the best, they're slaves or something like that because there's never a smile or a good attitude towards the customer specially from the cashiers. Too bad because the meat and the food ready to eat are great. 6/13 Today Mendoza's drop the ball big time: we got taco meat (carne para tacos) and not only was full of nerves but dangerously the meat had tinny bones, if you bite your taco not thinking that you are going to find bones you can break a tooth, we just payed about $15.00 worth of meat that it's going to the garbage, I'm very disappointed, it's like they know we have very limited options on Mexican stores here in Round Lake, I'm going to have to find another store, too bad, it seems like they don't give a rat's ass, being one of the only one option they should better the quality of their products, the money is there why not get better meat? I might come back in the future to see if they improve anything or if it's a loose case, I know that making as much money as they do it's hard to care about a one...

This past Sunday, a female worker was about to help me and when I started to speak English, she literally went right to the next person. Extremely rude and frustrating. If it wouldn't be for the help of another customer to translate for me....I wouldn't get any help at all. Is it too much to ask that someone be bilingual? I shouldn't have to be fluent just to eat the food ...so...
