Walked in, there were 2 people working, 1 male and 1 female. No greetings at all, Ok cool no problem they look busy even though there's literally no one else in the shop other than us and a couple already sitting down. I said hello, and they just carried on with what they were doing, I said hello again louder this time the dude is standing right in front of me, and the girl right behind him, they still ignored us, pretending like they didn't hear and yes I say pretend because I was very loud with my hello and he was only a feet away from me maybe less. I stood there for a minute waiting for anyone to say hello or even acknowledge us but NOOOO, they just seem to not care. I don't understand these type of customer service, regardless if you're doing something, you're still to at least acknowledge your customers. I would definitely give no stars if I could. Like no star for customer service. Other than the place looked nice, but still wouldn't recommend as the customer...

My husband and I hired their services for our wedding for a boba bar experience and they not only brought the BEST boba (my all-time favorite) but they were also so much fun and just brought so much positive sparkle! The boba was DELISH and was a huge hit at our wedding! I’ve frequented many Boba places across the Austin/RR area and ShareTea has always been the most consistent in flavor and quality. We’ve ditched the other places and this has become our new go-to. My favorite is the the Thai Tea, it’s so easy to mess this one up, especially by adding too much milk, but here it’s perfect every time. They’ve got their drinks recipes down to a science, regardless of who’s making the drink the flavor always taste the same! The cherry on top is that ShareTea gives a good amount of boba so you’ll never have the issue of finishing your pearls with still half the drink left, if anything you’ll have some pearls left over instead.
