The service was good but I had been going there for years about 4 years ago and so much has changed since the last time I was there. They downsized their menu because the cooks were complaining they didnt get paid enough. (Back then the corporation had plenty of money to give them a raise, maybe not now, back then a Saturday night was packed , not today) They were calling names for people to come up and get their pool tables but no one was showing up so they kept going down the list and there were several pool tables open when we showed up so we have no idea why there was a wait to begin with. We tried to order the nachos like we used to and they dont offer pico or sour cream (again because of the cooks not getting paid enough for all the food they were having to make and the accommodations to orders that were being made) They still had a lot of cheese which was a plus. p.s their menu had been redone several times (reprinted) and not all the things they offered on the menu were available (one example- wings section said they offered blue cheese and ranch, they only offer ranch. I know that's petty but it just shows their inconsistencies. There are other examples) they had a drink special for vegas bombs and i am sensitive to energy drinks so i always replace the red bull for pineapple juice and grenadine and they told me that they couldnt do that because it's not part of the special even though the red bull is probably the most expensive product of the drink. They also said that they only have budlight on draft and no crown black which were our favorite drinks to get. That shocked us. I'm sad to see how much my favorite place in the past has changed so much. I still had a good time because this was the place me and my man of 6 years had our first date and you can never go wrong with pool. I wish the regional manager would see the effects of these changes and maybe push back to corporate and bring the place back to life and be more consistent. I had a good time but the low rating is because of what has changed and the volume at the place shows how it has...

Read moreThe new manager (tall, African-american man) at Fast Eddie's is arrougant and rude. I ordered food before the 12am cut off time. At least 10 min. Before, and I ordered the most simple thing on the menu that wouldn't make the cooks turn on the fryers. It was a sandwich. The waitress told me twice the cooks would not make my sandwich so I let it go. The waitress did not tell me 11:45P was last call on food. She proceeded to tell me they would make me "something". They brought me out a tray of fries. I appreciated that but as a person who works in the restaurant industry a manager should've came to make sure everything was okay and that I was comfortable. He did not. I realized they charged me for the fries and I contested it with my waitress. The manager came out and I explained to the manager I don't feel like I should pay for the fries since I told her about the food before 12. The manager rudely and sarcastically told me that it was at 11:45P last call on food is called. I tried to tell him that I was not told that but he kept interrupting me. So I immediately tuned him out and waited for him to say he was going to void the fries off my bill. The manager seemed VERY know-it-all ish and I don't feel like I deserved his immaturity over a tray of $3 fries. I will never go back. No wonder the waitresses talked down on him all night. No respect. And the smell of cigarettes is overwhelming. Not a place to go for...
