Feng Cha - Round Rock — Restaurant in Round Rock

I want to file a public complaint—what I’d call a "5-Star Complaint." Let me explain. This place has excellent service, and the tea is outstanding, consistently meeting my expectations. However, yesterday was outrageous. It was 35°F outside, yet somehow, it felt even colder inside at 32°F. My feet were nearly frozen!

The air conditioning was running non-stop, and I can't understand why. It wastes the owner’s money on unnecessary electricity bills, and the indoor temperature is freezing cold—icy, even. The AC doesn’t need to be on all day, especially when it’s already so cold inside, ranging from 40°F to 50°F at best. It’s absurd.

To be clear, I’m not complaining about the staff or the tea—they’re wonderful. My issue is solely with the relentless AC. Can someone please turn it OFF? Hello, is anyone there?

they don't allow to adjust ice on my favorite drink now, the vietnamese coffee 😭 Ive had it before with less ice ,tasted perfect, it wasn't crazy less ice but there was a good amount of my drink those times I ordered it. maybe they always had that rule but just didn't mention it. i ordered it this time hoping for the same, lady told me they do not allow customizing for that drink. i said whatever, ill try it. everytime i grocery shop i go out of my way for this drink. unfortunately you spend a lot of money for 4 sips of your drink and a cup of ice. i think there was maybe an inch free of space in the cup, the rest was ice I understand having a standard build for a drink but you literally get no drink now :( otherwise they have good drinks.. especially the breezes. maybe they were annoyed by me ordering because i struggle with hearing, i don't know but don't order that drink. you get better value on other ones, despite that drink...

Im so happy that Feng Cha opened in RR. Been to Feng Cha Iike 5 times since it’s opened. Have to say the first time I went they didn’t make my order correct, I ordered a green jasmine green tea but instead I ended up getting a watered down jasmine green tea which was disappointing. They have a sign that if your not satisfied with your drink they would make it right but it was too late i had already left. But will know for next time. The other times I’ve been back it has been great. Drinks were made on point. My favorite is the Taro Breeze. The mango green is good too with the cheese foam. I do like their boba it is soft and chewy, but sometimes it’s toooooo soft and toooo warm that it feels like the boba is melting and it’s also melting your slush drink. Mixing hot boba with a cold drink is weird sometimes.
