Since its opening this place has totally gone down hill. Used to love this place but today sealed the deal that service and food were an utter disappointment. From the moment we walked in until the time we left it was a comedy of errors. We had a reservation for 8. The very young hostesses were definitely not flexible to our predicament. I am disabled and it was important to us to set the table up for our occasion. And I needed a comfortable place to sit. We’re were not interested in getting any service until our whole party arrived. They were rude about not allowing us to be seated. And the restaurant was not busy yet. Our waitress was also RUDE and not very attentive. No one was offered another drink and water glass sat empty for most of the meal. At the end of the meal she did offer Togo drinks. But I would have rather had another drink with our meal. We ordered appetizers and drinks. And then ordered our meal. 7 of 8 meals were delivered. It took almost 10 minutes for the 8th meal to arrive. By that time all 7 other meals were cold. We were offered free dessert but I would have rather eaten a hot meal. The credit card for the meal was given to the waitress at the beginning of the meal. After the disaster of a meal the inept waitress asked how the check needed to be broken up. The manager did come apologize for the late meal, comped the late meal and offered dessert. But the fiasco was sealed and I would have rather eaten a hot meal. And an apology and one comped meal did not equate to the horrible...

This farm-to-table restaurant truly lives up to its reputation of never disappointing. The emphasis on craft cocktails and a from-scratch kitchen using only the finest ingredients is evident in every dish.

The menu is a parade of tantalizing choices, but I opted for the NY strip chicken fried steak. The presentation, as seen in the pictures, was as impressive as the taste. My son tackled the killer cheeseburger, a generous portion that happily resulted in leftovers for him. For the little ones, their hand-breaded chicken tenders are a delight. These are freshly cut and breaded in-house, a testament to their commitment to quality and freshness.

Every dish we tried was a hit, confirming the culinary prowess of Jack Allen's Kitchen. The only slight hiccup was the service. While generally good, I wish our server had checked in on us a couple more times after the food was served. I was looking forward to another one of their exquisite cocktails.
