Y’all I’m sitting at a booth at Cane’s (Uni Blvd, Round Rock location) because I really wanted to deliver this review as quickly as they delivered my meal. For fast food chains, honestly that was the fastest turnaround I received my food! Never mind speed though; let’s talk quality and customer service: Customer service: the staff are so lovely and kind! I appreciate the front end staff stop what they’re doing (safely and within reason of course) to put the customer order first. My order was taken right away despite how busy it looked. They moved through the line quickly AND they maintained their kindness with every customer, including me! Food: OK so, naturally, the pièce de résistance is their chicken tenders! They do have a chicken sandwich option, but most of their menu are chicken tenders in combos. Now, I ordered the 4 piece combo. Very delicious but I have to nitpick on one thing. While the chicken was indeed tender and juicy, and the garlic bread—oh, the garlic bread was so delicious—I have to say I was disappointed that the chicken itself lacked… salt or some seasoning. The breaded part of the chicken, you can taste the salt and seasoning but if the exterior falls off or you happen to eat it alone, you discover that the chicken itself lacked flavour. No matter though, it was still good!! But I found I had to dip the tenders in their sauce more than I wanted to. Anyway, all in all, this was a wonderful first-time experience and I’d definitely come back!

I came here about 30 minutes ago and specified multiple times about how instead of coleslaw i wanted extra fries but instead was met with the same old caniac combo order. Also I ordered a half and half tea and never received it when the drink is the first thing someone typically receives when picking up their drive through order. I even asked at the window if my order was correct when picking up my food and was met with rude and dismissive employees. Yes employees because multiple people came to the window to give me my order. Although i did receive my extra sauce and was okay with the extra charge. i was still disappointed with the lack of observation and care as a customer and would recommend any canes fans just to go to the canes off of whitestone blvd.

I typically enjoy Raising Cane’s every Sunday, and today, I decided to try this location for the first time with my 7-year-old. I’m so glad I did—it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which really set the tone for a great meal. The chicken tenders here seemed even better than the ones at the Pflugerville location I usually visit—crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. My son, who absolutely loves Raising Cane’s, was so happy, and seeing him enjoy his meal in such a warm and inviting atmosphere truly made my day. All in all, this location has won me over, and I’ll be making it my go-to spot every Sunday from now on. Thank you to the amazing team here for such a wonderful experience!

The manager "JB" at this location is extremely rude. I brought in a card that offered a bogo for any combo and he told me it was only for a box combo. He was wrong because I had already used one the day before and even the other MOD who I spoke to on the phone said so as well. Also he got my ordered wrong because he was too busy worried about arguing with me even though I was polite and kept my composure. He is dismissive and has poor customer service skills. I tried to explain the situation and he just kept talking over me. I worked for Canes back when there were only 3 stores in the state in Houston. I'm extremely familiar with the policies. I am not one for trying to get people fired but that gentleman is a bad representation of Raising Cane's 1 Love motto. I would suggest he be demoted to kitchen staff to keep him away from customer interactions. Not to mention he was working the 2nd window with no headset on. The store was well staffed. As a former manager myself of a Cane's and other restaurants the MOD should never be in a position where they are not able to know what's happening throughout the store. It's unfortunate that this happened because I've never had a bad experience at any Raising Cane's state wide. He is not suitable for a management position in my humble opinion. Todd would be ashamed to know someone like that is a manager. Thank you for your time and I hope I won't ever have to interact with that individual again. Didn't seem like the crew liked him very much either to be honest. I will be contacting...

Raising Cane's is my usual go-to for some good crispy chicken strips! The box combo is my favorite because it's enough for me to have half now & half later! However, this review is not about the food but the lack of cleanliness of an employee. Today when I went through the drive-thru at the Cane's on University Blvd in Round Rock, the employee that receives payments and gives you your order had extremely dirty nails. I didn't see it at first, but then, he handed me several ketchup packets and I couldn't help but notice all of the nasty filth under his nail bed. Not only were they filthy but the dirt appeared to have been caked under his nail bed for quite some time. I can only imagine what he'd been doing with his hands! It made my stomach turn enough to not want to eat the food! In fact, I tried my very best not to touch his hands when he handed the ketchup packets to me! So disgusting. Good thing he didn't cook the food or I definitely would have asked for my money back! That begs into question how sanitary things are in the kitchen where things aren't as easily seen by customers. Especially, if they're already allowing their drive-thru representative to be unkept and have bad hygiene in front of customers. It really is a bad look! Someone needs to have a grooming discussion with staff so that returning customers aren't being ran off. That being said, I will definitely be taking a break from eating there!...
