So here's your real review..I get the conncept..its been done 100 times. From Dueling Pianos to real lounge bar pianos...This place doest quite cut it when it comes to being a piano lounge..First off the ceilings are way to high and it is not at all cozy like a lounge should be..the sound echoes off the high ceilings....The god awful wooden bar stools are barely comfortable to sit on..You need nicely upholstered wrap around bar stools without a doubt..The boring black countertop is a big yawn as is the shape of the bar..it should be wavy and be more dramatic..why not a back-lit red bar top?..That would really help the lack of true ambiance..The rustic LVP flooring is terrible and not we ll thoughtout whatsover..How bout a red low profile tiger stripe carpet to warm the space and give it some real jazz?..They did a. decent job with the mob booths but those should have candles. as should the bar....And finally the Pub heightTable tops just do not fit at all with the concept ,they also have those incredibly uncomfortable wooden chairs..It comes off as a Corporate chain version of a Lounge Bar..They might want to take the time to "reimagine" it one more time and really make it a cool place because a lot of people would come if they did...Painting all the Walls and ceilings red and calling it Reds piano bar justDid not take very much thought or foresight..A good designer could have smoked this place.!...instead they get a giant yawn....Bigger is not...
Read morePianist was very nice, it was our second time seeing her play, one of the bartenders was very rude and the other bartender (a lady) actually was polite and brought our drinks to us (although the smoked bacon old fashioned she made was not good and only had a bacon garnish, no cherry or orange in a 16 $ drink, but I was afraid to ask them to comp it but later I felt I should have). It was already our 3rd time there and we never had a bad experience like this before. So long story short, yes one of my cards happen to decline, when regardless, I have other cards with me/I always come prepared as any grown adult. Things happen, I have worked in restaurants before and I have had cards declines many times. This bartender (idk his name was already giving off a negative vibe) the minute me and my boyfriend first ordered our drinks, before I realized anything about my cards. When I got my second drink, The used gestures to hint at me to come grab my drink at the bar myself instead of bringing it to me like the lady bartender did earlier with our first drinks. He made a weird/impolite look at me when waving. It was all very unnecessary and rude. Regardless of my wrong doing later om, this wasn't the experience either of us...

The bartender Markita (I hope I spelled her name right) she was really nice and helped us with the different drink selections since we have never been there officially before we have walked by but this was our first time coming in. We just missed the pianist so we didn't get to here the music bit after a couple of drinks it didn't matter lol. Also Mark the general manager was really nice and was helpful with whatever we needed. He told us we could stay as long as we wanted even though they were going to close early because it was slow we ended up staying until 2am which was cool. I will definitely come...
