Strange experience... After a very long wait, I was "greeted" at the window by an old man who just stared at me, and said nothing. I had to restate my order several times, as he kept forgetting what I ordered. There was a car that honked in the distance and he asked if it was the car behind me. I told him it wasn't.... Because it wasn't, and he told me he thought I was just being nice and it was them. I tried to assure him it was not the car behind me and the honk was off in the distance, and he refused to believe me. I hope he was not rude to the people waiting patiently behind me. The kolaches were VERY stale tasting and completely inedible. The donuts were very average. You can get better pretty much anywhere else. I recommend not giving this establishment...

Service was terrible. A customer was in front of me and she left. The worker messed up on putting in the customer's order and couldn't get the money in the register. Instead of helping me, she tried fixing her mistake. No one was in the store but me & my 3 kids. Another worker came by & helped her co-worker. I asked her if she could take my order on the other register, to which I was ignored. A 3rd worker came by & all 3 decided to work on the register. They all decided to ignore me & I got no response from any of them. So after 8 minutes of waiting & being ignored with no response, I had to leave & get my kids to school with no donuts. Never...
