Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time at this location as they don't know how to take care of customers or their orders. Ordered food via mobile app on Friday, June 17th. The app said the order is ready within 10-15 mins. However, when I went through the drive thru...manager or lead who didn't want to give me her name stated that they had all new staff who were being trained...they also had a short staff where 10-12 employees walked out from the store. So this tells you a lot, I asked the person if I could cancel my order and she responded that I couldn't and there is no way to cancel the order. I tried going through the lobby around 7pm but they had locked the doors to lobby as they didn't want customers coming inside the store. I was like 6th car in the drive thru lane and when I pulled up to intercom I was told to wait until I can pull up. I pulled up around 7:54ish and I was told by the girl that their screen online orders disappeared and they were having issues getting the orders. I showed her my phone and what I had placed order for...also she wrote down exactly what I had requested and despite of that the orders were messed up, what I asked for was totally different from what I had asked for. Asked the two girls who were working there for the manger's name as my baby had been crying for last hour or so and they didn't have common courtesy to apologize or give out their names. I asked for both of their name and one of them said, why you want our names...we will not give you our names and I was like you got to be kidding me. What kind of world are we living in and there was sense of incompetent in those staff as they didn't know how to deal with ppl or customers in anyway. I wouldn't put this review but they had pushed me, by messing my order up despite an over hour wait that I was stuck in drive thru. The General Manager needs to get some ppl with common sense and should do weekly review to see if the restaurant is functioning as it should. This was by far the worst experience ever, the burritos were filled with only beans and they also placed black beans instead of refried beans, also didn't tell us if they were out of something. I am a person with allergies and what they put in my crunchwrap and chalupas didn't make sense, asked them for fiesta potatoes, they had placed potatoes with cheese only, no sour cream or red sauce with onions as I asked for them. This location should just close down for the sake of the mental stability of the clearly depressed and overworked employees as well as the customers who can't get the food they paid for. I have stopped here twice for DoorDash and both times I have been unable to complete the order. My first experience having been denied service was because for some reason at 3 PM in the afternoon they decided to close, but my most recent experience was ridiculous.
I get two orders on DoorDash and am taken to this location which I see has an extremely long line around 20 minutes before closing. No problem, I think, and park outside heading towards the door expecting to just show them the app with the orders where they can hand me the bags, only to be met with a locked door. I knock, a girl sees me and gestures to me to wait which is fine. I stand there for several minutes expecting her to come back, but eventually another man comes up and harshly tells me that I must use the drive thru, which is still packed with cars. I try to tell him that I am trying to pick up orders for other people, but he refuses to listen. This is bad enough but the first girl or someone else should have come up sooner and told me that the lobby was strictly off-limits to anyone non-related to Taco Bell before I wasted gas and time waiting in the drive thru.
I understand they close at midnight, but having arrived around 20-30 minutes before then, and seeing how slow and long the line was, going up to the doors and receiving the food that they should have had prepared or been in the process of preparing seemed like the best option for me if I was going to get the food to the customers who PAID for it.
I could care less if I was going there for myself, but what irritates me the most about this is how little they care about the unnecessary trouble customers and DoorDash drivers have to experience when they act like this.
This has to be the worst Taco Bell in terms of customer service. If you're looking for a place with just about every negative stereotype regarding fast food, this location has it all, from rude jerks for employees to mediocre...
Read moreIf you're in the mood for some quick Tex-mex, in particular Taco Bell don't come to this location. Drive further a little, you'll be glad you did. Walked in no one greeted me. Went to the self checkout kiosk and placed my order. A few minutes later cashier says they're out of cinnamon bites. I really wanted those, she tried to avoid having to go refund me but I really didn't want any other desert. So, I said I'd wait for it but she responded by saying we're out completely. Okay. Not a big deal. Disappointed but so be it. Then as my food comes out on a tray and the boy hands me a small cup. I ordered a large and told him. His response, don't have. He put the small cup on my tray and vanished. By this time I'm a little upset. So I got my root beer. Took a sip and it's out of soda, just very little in it the rest syrup. I decided at that time that I would not return to this location. I was hungry so I can sat down to eat. I want to my Mexican pizza, come to find out there is no silverware given or placed where I can pick it up myself in the salsa bar. Why? They're out! I mean sesame place by older on the kiosk could you not have told me that these are the items were out of sir upfront? And who does your ordering? Like how can such a basic items like silverware even not be available. No one seemed to apologize or try to refund me for my upgraded drink. Point is, why come here if they're out of stock on so many items. The food wasn't hot and it looked like a child put it together. Don't come to this location. Maybe this isn't common for them, but it's enough for me to get my taco bell fix at another...
