Place an order for pickup - upon arrival was handed one bag. When I got home the queso was missing as well as the consomme for birria tacos. Called the restaurant and said I would come back and bring the tacos back to be replaced with fresh tacos since the original order would be cold by the time I made it there to pickup the missing items and it took a couple of tries to get the point across that I did not intend to pay for the replacement tacos as the error was not my fault. During that exchange the person on the phone stated that the queso and the consomme were sitting at the register and we left them. I had to point out that it was not our fault as when we were handed the one bag it was asked if this was all and it was confirmed. Then told we would get the replacement tacos but they didn't want the original ones back. At the restaurant to get the correct order was made to wait with no communication but the person was rude and everything was just thrown in the bag with the queso upside down and the consomme spilling into the bag. When asking if it was everything this time she rolled her eyes and just handed me the bag. At home the replacement taco had no cilantro, very little cheese, and no onions. They were not fresh. Quite honestly was afraid to even eat them so everything was thrown away. Will never frequent this location again and wouldn't even give it one star but have to in order to leave this review. Oh, by the way, this order was placed at 2 in the afternoon and there were maybe, at most, 10 customers and most of the staff just standing around. The food was ok. My kids got breakfast tacos, which you can tell they over cooked the eggs a bit, or what I mean they put everything in the grilled and let it there and then they remember ooh we need to mixed it a bit and put it in the tortilla. Honestly, tortillas looked like plastic or cheap brand flour tortillas store bought. I created my own breakfast torta with bean egg cheese bacon. They hardly even added beans. I feel like in a torta, beans is the main ingredient. My husband got a menudo. It was good. You can tell it was homemade, and meat was very clean. The only thing he did say it was missing a bit more flavor. But it still passes. But we do not recommend if you are used to harmony in the menudo. This one does not have harmony inside. I mean, typically , the menudo doesn't need harmony, only the pozole. Horchata taste like it was artificial with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. My son didn't like it, I tried it, and ehh I don't blame him for not drinking it. In the end is when I realized I forgot to take pictures of our food. But I was able to take a picture of the Horchata. Service was ok. Our waitress, you can tell she didn't want to be there. Showed no interest with her tables. We had to get her attention for refills on the drinks. We were ready to pay the waitress somewhere else, but she never showed up again. Do not go try at this restaurant. "WARNING ⚠️" This is worst than going to mcdonald. Horrible customer service from time stepping inside and waiting to be seated. Up front by the entrance/exit is where one person working. She doesn't look happy working there 😕. She didn't even acknowledge the fact we're standing to be seated or didn't say anything. No curiously at all. As she was cashing out customer she sees we're standing front waiting for assistance, she continues to ignore us. After she was done with cashing out customer she point finger to people front of us telling to go sat at that table and mins later she did the same to us. We sat down and took awhile for waitress show up and took our drinks which also too awhile to arrive. As you see the pattern already. Waitress came back later took our order awhile later our food arrived. We both order fajita plate with flour tortilla and food arrived without. My wife asked about it and waitress said it will be out with soup that my wife order for appittiser. It's kinda strange how they don't bring it with fajita we ordered. So we're eating and waiting. I'm eating slow and waiting for my tortilla but not here yet. By time it comes out I'm almost half way done with my meal. Food was alright nothing special. Scale 1-5 mine was 2. We won't be going back and we don't recommend this place. If you choose to go here I have to say "taco bell" would be better...
