Worse thundercloud location ever. I get tired of calling to speak with a manager to get a sub remade every time I come here. I started giving the sandwich makers a copy of my receipt from the lake creek or 290 location just so they can make it correctly and it still isn’t. It is so frustrating to give someone directions and they still do what they want. I’m taking it upon myself to do a side by side comparison of his location and any other, then sending the details to corporate and posting it here. Been having the same issues since I moved to round rock in July. Do not order any tuna or anything extra from here because you will be highly dissatisfied. Worse part about it all is you have to hover over them—with written instructions and again, they charge you for the additions and still make it without it. Typically I have them make it over, but if someone else goes in on my behalf, they just don’t have the patience to hold their hand and speak to a manager after giving them written directions. Read moreMy go to shop for a quick and easy sandwich. What I enjoy most is the personnel... usually laid back people who treat customers like they matter. A little different this time. New woman peacock dyed hair who acted as though she hated her job and that I came in. Never once made eye contact. Cold...Straight to the point questions about the sub and forget about a smile... wasnt going to happen. The other guy in there was in the "Thundercloud way" and I felt sorry for him having to share the shop with the attitude. Hoody's takes longer, is a few bucks more and actually tastes better and the guy knows what total customer satisfaction is and makes it a point to treat everyone with appreciation. This woman....Maybe she was having a bad day? Maybe doesn't like what she does there...maybe had a personal issue going on..Don't know. Don't care. Don't talk down to people who pay for your service. Dig your job or hit the bricks. Im a native Round Rocker...went RRHS back in the dazed and confused days of the 1970s. I'm pretty cool when it comes to people interactions .... it's not a nagging thing. I have been going here for years. Not sure...

This is my first negative review ever, but I feel it is my duty to warn all future customers to avoid this ThunderCloud location at all costs. Went there last evening 10/18/2021 and ordered a "Austin Club", The "sandwich maker" asked if I wanted everything on it, I said yes. Fast forward, get home and ready to eat and guess what? The sandwich was made without chicken or bacon, That's right my "sandwich maker" thought it best that I be a vegetarian. The "sandwich maker" also failed to mention that they might be out of said ingredients and failed to offer any alternatives. This location has been nothing but a series of disappointments for years now (YES, YEARS). Shame on you and I truly hope this locations reaps everything it deserves (IE. Blockbuster Video). Do yourself a favor and support a business that actually appreciates you and cares about it's customer service. Would have given ZERO STARS...
