The crew working on Halloween deserve to be recognized. I called in an order well in advance and when I arrived the store was completely overwhelmed. There were at least 40 people there waiting for their orders. Many guests became angry and complained, and some even went so far as to insult and belittle the employees organizational and service skills. Some don't recognize that there is no good way to handle traffic and volumes that high. They are only human, and they can only do their best. That's exactly what they were doing. It was not a smooth experience, but it was a positive one. Those employees worked harder than anybody in that lobby worked at their 9-5. I was still greeted and served with a smile. When I was handed my food I loudly announced that anyone in the lobby who thinks they could do a better job under the circumstances was wrong. When I picked it up it looked good. When I got it home and moved the top of it, most of the lettuce underneath was rotten. I'm talking slimy and inedible. I sent an email to their "customer service" and got a canned response from Data@marketforce.com saying they would forward this to the store manager. After that, nothing but crickets. I went in today to pick up more pizza, while I was there I mentioned the bad experience to the employee, he gave out some lame excuses and an apology, but no attempt to make it right.
