Came there the other night with a group of friends at 10 p.m on a Saturday. The first thing we see is a hand written sign that says “sorry not seating anymore customers temporarily” with a sad face drawn. We thought it was a joke and checked it out inside and it was completely dead in there with the staff members/employees just sitting around and eating with each other. That gave us the impression that they were closed, as we were about to walk out they told us we could be seated. The waitress came to our table took our order for drinks. We didn’t get our drinks until 30-40 minutes later and we still were missing some drinks. The drinks were aweful, some of them literally tasted like watered down slushi, if I wanted a slushi I would’ve gotten seven eleven. It had no alcohol in the drink , just complete food coloring. We finally placed an order for food, small items that were easy for them to not screw up like wings and artichoke dips, we didn’t get those for another 40 minutes and she completely forgets some of our friends orders and we didn’t bother to correct her as long as we didn’t get charged for something that never came and only half the table received their food on time. She barely checked us and it was completely dead in the restaurant, so it wasn’t that she was busy with anything, it just was the lack of caring. Then the check finally came and we left after that terrible service, she came outside with a short bald man with glasses who claimed to be the manager and told us that we had “underage drinkers” and someone in our group was “intoxicated” even tho they checked our IDs in the restaurant before the drinks came, which wouldn’t make sense if that was the case that means she didn’t do her job properly and the blame should ultimately fall down on her. We only had 1 round of watered down drinks and she had the audacity to bring the manage outside and accuse us for being underage and intoxicated? I felt stupid having to argue with the manager who doesn’t even know what he’s talking about and had to re-show our IDs. After seeing 3 guys walking up to him, his attitude finally got adjusted and assured us he believed us and that he wanted to make sure no one drives home intoxicated. It was a very patronizing night for me and some of my friends, I felt aggravated that I had to argue with the manager about her accusation. The waitress/ servers name was Nicole, blonde hair, she needs help learning how to properly take care of customers and have respect. Never coming here again even if it was the last...

My friend placed a pickup order on DoorDash. The app confirmed that order was ready to be picked up. We drove to the correct location which was 6 miles away from our place. On reaching the spot, the door of the store was locked. An employee unlocked and let us in. He asked my friend her name and confirmed our order. He said he would get our order "from the back" and disappeared. Then another dude who claimed to be the manager showed up on the counter and gave us a parcel. Thankfully, we checked if it was actually our order, and it was NOT. On returning back the incorrect order to him, the manager claimed they don't have any order on our name at all in their system. All this while, we double checked on app if our order was ready to be picked up and if we were at the right location, both of which were correct. Manager did not listen to us, became confrontational without taking a look at our phone and threatened to call the police if we did not leave. He asked us to argue with DoorDash without even looking at the app that we tried to show him. He was not willing to be reasonable with us. Never in my life have I felt so embarrassed, insulted and bullied by an establishment to whom me/my fellow patrons have paid money for their services.
DoorDash is another disgrace. When my friend was chatting with their agent named Rolando Jr. for dispute resolution, he plainly said that they checked with the restaurant and the order was picked up. They were sorry about the inconvenience and were not able to issue refund. The agent forcefully ended the chat thrice and when we were more adamant than the agent to continue the complaint, finally another DoorDash agent named Maria relented to our demands and agreed to refund the amount back on the credit card. I wish DoorDash had a specific Google location for us to rant about their pathetic customer service.
If that manager dude is reading this review, mind you buddy. Better get your act together or else karma will bite you hard some day. Well, not that you give a damn. You were shameless enough as we have seen at the store. I so dearly regret not recalling your name to mention it on this review. If you want customers to pay your business, you got to learn...

Was out with friends for a few drinks. The staff were very friendly and efficient. At one point we ordered a couple spiced coffee drinks that were delayed because they had to brew a new pot. They came out several times letting us know they were working on it and to apologize for the delay. It was unfortunate but happens and appreciated them letting us know.
All of this was ruined though by the security person/guard or whatever. At 1am when they closed he came around to inform us that they were closing, we told him we knew and had already asked for our checks.Nothing major with that and thought nothing of it.
15 minutes later as we finished filling out our checks and were in the process of finishing the last of our drinks (no one had more than a quarter of their drink left if that) he told us we had to leave now. Tried to tell him we had already filled out our checks, were finishing our drinks (which we were actively drinking as in they were in our hands) and would leave shortly. He told us no, we had to leave immediately. We had been warned previously and now needed to leave the premises. There were still two other tables that were just in the process of getting up at the same time as us and the entire waist staff and bartenders were still cleaning up and closing. We were not holding them up or preventing them from leaving. I tried to tell him again we just wished to finished our drinks but he was adamant that we needed to leave.
As mentioned no one had much left anyways and had basically finished our drinks during this exchange so we packed up and headed out. I understand that yes we were there after they had closed but the fact that we had already filled out our checks shortly before, were actively finishing the little that was left of our drinks, and still had other tables present most certainly did not warrant such treatment.
It might seem like something that isn't that big of a deal but it really just threw off my entire experience and made me not want to return to this...
