Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Royal Oak

I ordered 2 large pizza's with extra cheese and pepperoni. One had no sauce, while the other had sauce and also mushrooms.When I picked up the pizza's, as she handed me the two boxes, it felt EXTREMELY light. I asked, "I thought these were extra cheese?" and she says "Yes, they are". I was hungry, my wife was hungry, so I paid and left. When I got home, my no sauce pizza might as well have been order with light cheese. It was overcooked and was like eating cardboard. NEVER AGAIN! I just moved here to Royal Oak yesterday, and have been unpacking all day, and all I wanted was my extra cheese pepperoni pizza, and that is absolutely the LAST time I ever order from them again. Went to their site to complain and upload pics, but of course, they don't have the option to even upload pictures. I even tried to leave a review on Yelp, and this location is either really new, or something, because it just does not show up on Yelp. Not for this location. Sucks, because this place is like 1 block from home, and it would have been great to have a pizza place that was close. I've had Domino's before and have been very happy in the past, but HOLY SHIT did they drop the ball on this one. Seriously, I could have grabbed my pizza by the crust and held it on its side or even upside down. What an utter dissappointment. My wife, on the other hand, thought her pizza had more than enough cheese, and when she took out a slice it drooped with the amount of cheese. Mine? It was like cardboard. The store looked brand new and the people working were very friendly, but none of that matter after choking down what...

I am not a huge fan of Dominos and the only reason I ordered anything from them anyway is because I was running late for work and did not have time to pick up anything before work. But the experience I just had with them tonight has completely pushed me over the edge and I will not be ordering from them anymore. I ordered their chicken pasta dish with no bacon. I DO NOT eat bacon. So, my pasta arrived with bacon. I politely called and spoke with a young man, telling him that my pasta arrived with bacon. He immediately got an attitude and put me on hold. I was not rude to this man. I did not yell or have an attitude. I did not blame him for my order being wrong. But anyway, he puts me on hold and then some lady comes to the phone and tells me that I ordered my pasta with no chicken, not no bacon. I told her that was incorrect and she went back and forth with me. Then had the nerve to laugh at me when I had a slip of the tongue and said chicken instead of bacon. Now, hypothetically, let's say I placed my order incorrectly, which I did not, what happened to the customer always being right. But even if that is too much, what happened to just being polite? I did not give any one of them any reason to give me the attitude that they did. People are just so nasty for no reason and I do not appreciate it. Therefore, Dominos will not receive anymore of my money, especially the one in Royal...
