Such high hopes being literally within walking distance. First impressions upon walking in was the extremely long line. The interior layout is a disaster. The wait line is right in front of the restrooms which is disgusting enough and right by the main dining seats. Luckily no smells were flowing out the doors as we waited in line. The main dining seats are not welcoming as in, you have long wait lines on 2 sides and people ordering and waiting for orders on the other side of the U shaped area. We decided not to dine in being surrounded in close quarters by people everywhere. You can't eat in peace, there are no partitions and you've got three dozen people all staring at you while you try to eat no thanks. Steak and chicken appeared very very dry so ordered the pork. Watching food be pulled out of plastic bags submerged and being heated in warm water was unappealing. I thought they cooked and cut up the meats there, not boiled them in bags and with this new knowledge, likely won't return to any Chipotle. To no fault of the staff, they appeared severely understaffed for the demand present with customer lines stretching to the door and a full drive through (who know Chipotle had drive throughs though?). The chain isn't what it used to be that's an understatement and yet have gone back time and time again hoping for things to improve. Sadly they haven't even with the high expectations that a grand opening, new location should have. If the other reviews prove true like mine, I don't see this location lasting more than a year unfortunately. Theyāre always out of white rice, and theyāre always out of steak. Every. Single. Time. Common sense would tell you that if youāre running out of something regularly, stop keeping it in the smallest container on your hot table, make more at once, and use a larger container like they do for all of their other meat options which look like theyāve been sitting there all day. Thereās no reason why you shouldnāt have steak at 5:30 in the afternoon or for dinner rush..I guess thatās too much to ask for though. When you ask them if theyāre making anymore steak or white rice they tell you āitās going to be awhileā without giving you an estimated amount of time. Almost like they want you to walk out so they donāt have to do their job and make more. My opinion? Donāt waste your time with this dumpster fire of a Chipotle, it honestly shouldnāt even stay open, itās barely been open more than a few months and already it has less than 2 stars. Shameful and downright pathetic, exactly how staff and management should feel about their absurdly poor performance. They only ever have one person working the line and it gets super backed up. And when the person at the register doesnāt have anyone there they just stand and wait instead of stepping in to help in the line. One day I was there and the poor guy was working the entire line while also going to get food they ran out of. Instead of someone refilling it to help. He was literally doing everything. The manager never ever steps up to help either. She just walks by and looks at everything. I just left there and there were three employees(including the manger) sitting at the table talking. Two people just got out of the line because they didnāt want to wait anymore and she looked at them like it was weird. They were sitting there talking while every single table in the restaurant was dirty with food all over it. This manager needs to be retrained. She is awful.
