Pei Wei Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in Royal Palm Beach

I was happy to see a Pei Wei open in Royal Palm, because I used to eat at Pei Wei in Boca during my college days.

At first, you get a very loud chaotic impression. The seating is literally more cramped than McDonald’s. There is a common bench for the window seats, and only a 2 feet gap between tables so it feels intrusive because my kids high chair is touching the next persons table.. Also there is a gap between the back of the bench and window, which just collects bugs.

There are no trash cans, so I had no choice but to leave trash on my table, which I get if it’s a fine restaurant, but since the staff are busy, the trash just stays there for a while and it looks messy.

The food is a generous portion, enough for 2 people. It would be nice if they have some lunch special with a smaller portion. I feel bad throwing out an entire container of noodles but can’t have food sitting in my car while I’m running my errands. The large size deters me from making it lunch stop.

The food is a good deal if you’re sharing with someone ($12-$15). Service is good as well. Only thing I don’t like is dine...

Girlfriend and I came in to get take out, the location is new, extremely busy. Friday 1-17-2025 They told us when we walked up to the cashier that it would be a 20/30 minute wait on the food, we were fine with it. We waited outside (inside was standing room only.) It was getting a little later and a few tables came available so we went in and grabbed a table. As we waited the team was continuing going around the room checking on their customers. The manager was also walking around the room talking with customers giving free food and gift vouchers, we decided since we got a table that we would go ahead and eat there, was waiting on the food and the manager came and gave us drink cups (free). We had Yum Yum Shrimp Shrimp lo mein Firecracker Shrimp And Pork Eggrolls As always delicious

Nick personally followed up on my concerns and made sure everything was taken care of when I returned to the restaurant. He was present during my visit and assisted me with my order, ensuring a great experience.
