I ordered from this location as I've done for many years and I never have had a problem. I ordered the 2 for $5.99 and ordered one pizza and a Philly cheese steak sandwich. The person who took the order ask me what sauce and toppings I wanted on both. I said one's a sandwich and the other is a pizza. The order came and it was 2 pizzas, one with steak on it. I called the store and Justin the store manager answered telling me hedh send the sandwich. I said just credit my card and he said we don't do that . I said send me a giant cookie which is the same price as the sandwich and 2 for 2 is 2 for 2, any two on their list. He said I could have the sandwich and I said I don't want the sandwich now just send the cookie and he said I'm trying to get something free and forget it. I said I'm going to call corporate and he said call anybody you want your not getting the cookie. I said send the sandwich and when it came threw it right in the trash because he ( Justin the manager) probably spit on it. I did call corporate this morning and reported the situation. If you're going to be an absentee owner ( Christa) then you better have somebody who's gonna take care of your business like you would because nobody cares about your business like you. Remember when you make a customer happy they don't tell anybody because that's expected but piss one customer off and they tell EVERYBODY! Have fun in the unemployment...
Read moreMy wife and I had placed an online order and after an hour of waiting we decided to contact the store. Josh or Kendrick which were the managers on duty had said that "they were trying to communicate with us and couldn't reach us, so decided to return to the store" but we never received a call from anyone. Anyways, I asked if it can be redelivered and they said yes. Another hour passes by and no calls from Dominos, so we decided to contact the store again. This time the manager said that the food was delivered and that if it wasn't us, then the food was stolen. I live in a gated community, so I was confused on how the food was delivered when we never received a call from the gate the second time around. The manager told me to contact the GM today because she was off yesterday, so I spoke to her today. She told me that the drivers have a code from the community and if they are not able to contact us, then they use the code to get in. If that was the case, then why didn't driver do that from the beginning? Why go back to the store when he had the code the entire time? Even by having the code to the community the food was delivered to the wrong address, so do the drivers have GPS? If you're going to order from this Dominos, then make sure you follow up with them every 10 minutes or if you don't want to go through the hassle then order Pizza...
Read moreNever ordering from here again. 4 times in a row and they messed up my order each time. They forgot dip cups on two of the orders and wouldn't offer to make it up on my next visit. The straw that broke the camels back was when I ordered online for delivery and it took them two hours. I called after 45 minutes and they reassured that my pizza was on its way. After another 45 minutes I called and asked for the manager who told me they dont deliver to my apartment, although they have delivered for my roomate at least 100 times. The manager raised his voice to me when I calmly explained this, arguing that I didn't know what I was talking about. I, at that point, stopped being polite and told him that he needed to make this right or he would probably not have a job after this. He came and delivered them himself and told me they were free. They were old and not edible. They could have remade the pizzas at...
