4/8/25 UPDATE: Despite 3 or 4 calls to the corporate office, I still have not been contacted by anyone in upper management or the franchise owner. Corporate advised me each time that the franchise owner would call me regarding these issues, but they have not. Their lack of customer service is appalling. If I could give this location negative stars, I would. Jimmy John's is FREAKY DISAPPOINTING!
Original review: This location was my go to choice for a quick lunch with delivery. Well, that was prior to these past 2 weeks. The downward spiral started with my Feb. 7th order which took approx. 50 minutes to be delivered. Definitely NOT Freaky Fast! I gave them another chance on Feb. 10th for my usual "Pepe" sandwich with the bread left in. Received a sandwich with the bread hollowed out. Spoke with a rude "manager" who said I have to bring the sandwich back, they would not deliver the replacement to me even though I originally paid for delivery. I decided to give them another chance on Feb. 14th, but this time there was no cheese on the sandwich. Called the manager again (different person), who agreed to deliver a new sandwich. Thinking mistakes happen, and they did correct the last order, I ordered again on Feb. 18th, this time a sandwich that should have had double roast beef and provolone on it, and it was delivered with NOTHING on the bread except mayo, onions and pickles (see photo). This was obviously intentional due to issues, and my complaints, with the previous 3 orders. There is no way they closed up the sandwich and didn't realize there was no meat or cheese on it! Read moreI have seen the advertisements on television and I was prepared to be impressed. I am so disappointed that I was not and let me tell you why. I ordered from their board something called a Pepe but I was not allowed to see how it was being prepared or to have any choices. When I arrived home and opened up the wrapping saw a lot of bread and not a lot of food. I ordered a 16 in sandwich but I would have been happy with the 8 in. So there was no other choice on having extra lettuce or what kind of cheese that you would want or what kind of dressing that you would want. At first I was wondering where the cheese was but I went looking for it and I found it. The amount of ham was out of wood and the tomatoes for adequate. I felt the mayonnaise have been slathered on too much for me. My first impression besides too much bread was where's the lettuce! I didn't like the fact that I could not see the sandwich being made even though the establishment appeared to be very clean my employees were pleasant. I also found something gray on the ham now I'm no expert but doesn't that mean it's going bad? I really don't know the answer to that. It seems to me that sandwiches were heavy on a roast beef and turkey and I think there was a tuna sandwich none of the above that I cared for. I needed to grab something quick for lunch and since this place was in the same shopping center I figured that since I was in a time crunch I would pay the outrageous ( almost $20) price for a mere tuna sandwich. The person at the register cought an attitude when I asked for her to make it a certain way. I thought we could have whichever toppings we would like. Well I guess it would have made her have to pick something extra up to put it on my sandwich. Most horrible service not sure about the overpriced food or not...
