We ordered pizza from there through on uber 28 May of Wednesday. My husband went to pick up, and only thing that he wanted to add extra to order, but ended up paying someone else’s pizza, which is cost $38.45. I also paid our first orders through uber $17.40. End eventually when my husband came to house we realized that’s not what we ordered. And I tried to called to store after, and I was waiting around 10 minutes, one of the lady picked up phone and said “please hold”. I was just gonna fix the order with by phone. But I ended up going store, cause nobody was willing to fix this problem through phone. When I went there “Juan” Manager-Franchisee owner was there and handed to me my correct order which is was sitting there like an hour (they didn’t even make the fresh one) and start talking about my husband while he was picking up the pizza how he wasn’t paying attention, how he was wearing headphones and everything. Are you guys crazy ? Instead of apologizing and being kind, he started screaming on me cause I asked for the refund receipt of the wrong pizza ? Jumped behind the counter and started saying to his coworkers “call 911” ? Cause because I asked the order you messed up, made me drove back to your store, spend my gas on this patty situation, no apology, bad talking about my husband, screaming on me, threaten call the cops cause I asked for refund receipt? I’ll be contacting or filing complaint about the real brand of Marcos Pizza. In addition to, he called me (Juan/ manager-owner guy) from a different phone, pretending like the real owner, and apologized about what just happened in the store 10 minutes ago. Never ever order again, and holding myself so hard not to share on social media, what exactly happened on the store… I feel sad I have to share this over through 17 dollars pizza, but also I wasn’t expecting to abuse from by owner/manager guy as a women for such a...
Read moreToday I had picked up an order for my wife that she had made through Uber eats and it needed to picked up at this location. When I had gotten there I told the cashier I’m here to pick up an order from Hannah I clearly had told him this… He then hands me the order and I paid. It was later discovered I had picked up the wrong order when I had gotten home and that the order she had made on Uber eats she already paid for… My wife then decided to head over back to this location and asked for the orders to be swapped with the correct one and returned the old one… The same cashier that was working behind the counter that I had received the order from earlier in day then decided to make insults about me “not being all there” and basically blame me being the incompetent one in picking up the wrong order cause apparently it is my job not his to provide myself the correct order … my wife then requested to receive a receipt for the refund for the order that I had paid for at which time the cashier refused to give it to her, at which time she insisted on getting proof of the refund being processed… which he then asked her to leave the establishment …. Listen per policy that kind of request is non-negotiable regardless if you like the request or not you WILL provide the receipt with the policy of the refund to the customer…. He then decided to hold open the door and told my wife “then go ahead and call 911 ..now leave!” as someone that works in law enforcement THIS IS NOT A POLICE MATTER this is professionalism issue, a business ethics issue, and a management issue. The picture your about to see is the manager/cashier that decided to disrespect my wife and myself the CUSTOMER as well… this is not how you run a business unless you are allergic to returning customers…. And the pizza he gave my wife after this whole show he put on was old and also cold which I’ll also provide in the photo...
Read moreThe flyer we received at home looked nice so we tried it. It's not really meant to be an eat in, in my opinion. The table was wobbly and the inside wasn't too inviting. Music playing in the kitchen for the employees but none for the guests. Maybe it's just not meant for families. Also the big sign inside right by the register that says something about how the food is great and it's a great business too is obviously a franchising advertisement which just reminds me even more that it's not a hometown pizza place. It makes it feel even less welcoming in my opinion. I want to feel like it's all about the food. We ordered their "White Cheesy" pizza which is marked on the menu as "award winning". It was average at best. There are so many pizza places in the area and to stand out to me, the pizza would have to be really great and I've had really great white pizza at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza just down the street. Can't really compare these two places though. Anthony's is just so much better overall and different. I will say that the cheesy bread was really good and the employee that took our order and brought our pizza out was courteous and professional. Also, the red sauce that they gave us to dip our cheesy bread in was really good. I'm sure that's the sauce that's on the regular pizza. Just an honest review about today's meal. We for sure won't go back to eat in. Will we order delivery one day? Not sure yet. Maybe the cheesy bread. Anyway, that's an honest review. Hope it...
