If I could give a negative 10 I would. Ordered takeout food for my wife's birthday on a Tuesday night. Called in order at 5 pm when they opened. Ordered chicken but Pad Thai, chicken basil, and shrimp panang curry along with a mee krob appetizer. Bill was $84. Picked up the order and was asked to verify the correct items ordered on the receipt which we did. Got home and not only were the containers barely filled with any food but the shrimp panang curry was chicken. My wife is vegetarian and doesn't eat chicken. Call back and for 10 minutes I get a message that goes to voicemail and says that the mailbox is full. Decide I'll just take it back in person. Which is now another 20-minute drive to and from the restaurant. On the way I called again and finally, someone answered the phone. I told them the issue and was put on hold. After a few minutes, she says that she confirmed with the kitchen they made chicken, not shrimp. She said that I could have a credit for next long to which I explained that my wife wouldn't eat it and I was returning for the correct meal. About 5 minutes later the phone rang again and it was the same young lady again who said "Could you please bring back the chicken panang curry" to which I said sure as it was already in the car with me. Get back to the restaurant and immediately the same young lady from behind the counter when you walk in tells me that the shrimp will be done in a minute. She takes the chicken panang curry from my hands and walks it back into the kitchen!!! I asked to speak to the manager and she advised me that she was the manager. I ask to speak to the older gentleman who is normally there and she says he's away for two days and she's the manager. I explain to her that it takes incredible audacity to call someone to ask them to bring back a dish and she tells me that it's what they do because there's nothing wrong with that dish. I ask to speak with the owner and am told no I can't have his telephone number. It's not hard for me to find the owner Somkid Punma or his phone number so not sure why she's being so foolish. I wanted to ask him why they are reserving food that is being returned which is against FDH regulations. I would highly recommend you find another Thai restaurant to eat at unless you want to take your chances.

She handed me the food and asked to see it a 3rd time. I had asked earlier when I arrived for extra chopsticks and when she handed me the food I asked if she put them in and she said she did not and that she had to see my phone again before handing me the bag. She then proceeded to tug the bag away from me lol.
I told her “ I showed you my phone 2 times already what are you doing? Can I have the chop sticks please?” She replied that she needed to verify before getting me the chopsticks because her manager told her to again. I placed the bag down and asked her to get me the chopsticks. She takes the bag and then marches back to get the chopsticks lol. I show her my phone for the 3rd time and then ask her to speak to her manager.
Her manager glosses over everything I said about showing her the phone numerous times to confirm and gives a generic response “yeah we just have to confirm”. I repeated I confirmed 3 times now, and at what point does it become harassment?
I let her know this was the most unprofessional and insulting experience ever and would be sharing it with others. This was 01/04/2025 at 6:45 pm. And btw, my order was supposed to be ready by 6:35 and I waited an additional 20 minutes inside (6:55pm I left). Worst staff ever. I have an easier time getting thru customs with less hassle than picking up an order here.

Read moreLet’s start by saying that the waitress had absolutely no hospitality and no expression. It was actually concerning and questionable how she got hired in the first place. She was Hispanic and had long hair. She also apparently doesn’t know how to follow directions either when taking orders. I am pregnant and we strictly said no lettuce or cucumbers and the sushi came out with both. After we brought it up to the hostess and we mentioned we will not be returning as what was provided puts me and my unborn child at risk, she proceeded to mention to go to Palm beach gardens. Sorry, but we’re good. The food is subpar and has been declining. Our sushi was low quality and didn’t taste like it usually does. The manager said he would provide a “refund” but his definition of refund is still charging you. Our bill was like $48 and still gave a good tip, but he left us with a $18 bill 😅 apparently we were speaking different languages. I see why he did that, he gets no business. Everytime we’re there no one is there. Like my partner said, the waitress is probably miserable because no one’s coming in, but at the same time, do your best when people come for the sake of a good tip. The experience was like a clown show honestly. I haven’t been feeling good since eating there and they better pray I don’t have issues with my pregnancy and my child.
