I don’t even know where to start of by. If I can give this place zero stars I would. First off all everytime I come here everyone has an attitude. The lady that takes my order in the Drive thru is always giving attitude and when I pull up to the window and ask for ketchup she rolls her eyes. But today was the last straw with this place. I ordered two four for fours both of them the same and when I went to look one of them was missing the baconator fries so my boyfriend gets off the car and goes back inside and says I missing the fries and they said “let me see the receipt” first off they never gave me a receipt they just gave me my card. Than my boyfriend says that a lady from the back “most likely the cook” comes out and starts yelling at him infront of everyone saying “I heard you order in the Drive thru, you didn’t order those fries!!!” And my boyfriend said “yes I did” and he said she just starts yelling at him and started cursing and the employee in the register told him “ don’t mind her she’s always like that”. This is the worst experience ever. People here always got attitudes and rolling their eyes when you ask them for sauce. Oh, and I forgot to mention I asked through the Drive thru for a “sugar cookie” they said they didn’t have any, but when my boyfriend goes inside he see’s all the cookies in the box. They’re all just so lazy!!!! And yes, I called Wendy’s customer service number and I made sure to tell them about this situation. NEVER RETURNING TO THIS WENDYS!!!!! If you want to save yourself the headache don’t come here. Your order will always be wrong and they’ll always give you attitude!!!!!!!!...
Read moreI wish I had a photo or vid but I was completely taken back and in awe. I watched as one of their workers proceeded to graze on someone’s fries from the point of scoop to right before it was inserted into the poor saps bag. I said something to the manager on duty who just laughed it off and went about his business. Talk about a health code violation!
The next instance was another manager who struggled to speak English. I couldn’t properly communicate since it’s been a while when I took college Spanish. That was one of the issues, who are businesses hiring these days, especially when she has her iPhone in hand, on speaker, and taking a personal call while trying to take my order? Second issue was once I did break through the language barrier to what I needed to be done, she had no idea what I was talking about and exactly what is on that particular sandwich. It took a very friendly and an obviously upset manager from another store who was in to pick up something unrelated to help, as she too was struggling to communicate with this lady.
2 strikes Wendy’s, you’re fired!! Raisin’ Canes right next door will get my repeat business...
Read morehave visited this Wendys twice in the last month. first time they didnt include my cheeseburger. tonight I ordered a triple meal. the guy asked me three times what o wanted on it. i arrived home and had a spicy plain chicken sandwich. i called the manager and she said well come back and i will reolace it. i said i think you all should have it delivered you advertise delivery. i just worked a twelve hour shift. we wont do that. i told her that this was the second time they messed it up and instead i was calling the corporate office. she said well you do that and hung up on me. called the coproate office and gave up after thirty minutes on hold. no such thing as good service at this place. the manager set the tone for their staff. no wonder they keep getting things wrong. manager doesnt care so...
