Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ruidoso

We have been ordering from Domino's in Ruidoso for nearly twenty years. We've had some bad orders, but this one is the worst. The salads were not Garden Salads. They sent Ceasar salads with chicken. The top one was okay. I called Domino's thinking we received the wrong salads. I was told that they were out of Garden Salads. I asked why they did not inform us? I did not receive an answer about that. I was told that we would get two salads the next time we order from them if we called them to order. I opened the second Cesar salad and at least half of it was frozen. I called again asking for another salad. They said we would get two salads the next we ordered by phone. I threw the second salad in the trash can. After working outside all afternoon raking and disposing of pine needles, my husband and I did not feel like cooking dinner and were very hungry. We placed our order on line with Domino's as we have done many times. We are in our seventies and eighties. Both of us have heart problems, but do what we must do to be in compliance with Ruidoso Village regulations. We looked forward to having a quick, good meal. That didn't happen with no immediate resolutions. This experience with Domino's was the one that "broke the camel's back." We have had bad Ceasar salads before from Domino's and never order them any longer. We did not have what we ordered, and some of the food was not edible. They did not offer to send a new salad to replace the one that was half frozen. They offered us two salads the next time we order from them if we call them to order. Thanks, but no thanks. Good luck consumers. No more Domino's...

It has got to be one of the one of the best Domino's Pizza I have been too, not just because the pizza and wings were great, but the experience. I know it's just a pizza place, but the workers were great, something you don't see very often in fast food places or restaurants, my order was out in a timely manner, even with the crew that they had at that moment when I was there and most important for me at least in my opinion with a good attitude, and I could tell that the cooks were exhausted but always kept there composure as people came in an out of the place, I also noticed the attitude that they had with each other even as the phone rang and the line was getting longer no one ever lost there composure the guy that seemed to be leading the crew, which was one of the cooks, called out what he needed done someone quickly responded and when they were all busy either he took it upon himself to do what needed to be done or waited patiently for one of his co-workers to be able to get the task done never did anybody loose composure even being as busy as they were and I got to say have been to other places where with a bigger crew and not looking nearly as busy as this one I have had to wait for my order about the same and sometimes even longer, and not always but some times with an attitude. My family and I arrived at 5:10 pm and it took them to make 3 SIMPLE pepperoni pizzas a full hour? We understand it is Christmas Eve and it might be full but being there in person? Horrible. Not only did they take a long time to make pizzas, the workers are extremely rude and unprofessional! They kept talking bad about us (the customers present waiting for their food) and they weren’t even ashamed about it, may I mention they were loud about it too? There was this one specific worker who wasn’t scared to tell me in my face to cancel my order or leave when all I asked was how long it was going to take. That same worker kept going on how customers should cancel and leave since he’s so “busy”. I do have to say the girl boxing the pizzas was doing what she was supposed to do and didn’t waste time talking like the rest of her co-workers. It’s unbelievable. My family and I were exhausted and we just wanted fresh pizza with no problems. Do not go to this place, it’s horrible and they did get our order wrong in the end. Don’t talk smack that you’re so busy and the customers are starting to get impatient when you’re too busy talking smack and wasting time AND YOU STILL, at the end, get the order wrong, do your job right and stop...
