This place is cute but it’s tiny so when you wait 20 minutes for a drink and there are people still trying to order it gets very tight. Whatever though, not a big deal. The service was subpar, I wasn’t impressed but it wasn’t bad enough to warrant a bad review. The part of my experience that is causing this review was the 8 inch long piece of gray hair that was wrapped around my boba glob at the bottom of my drink. Boba glob because it wasn’t little balls I could drink it was a giant glob, so when I pulled it up with my straw to see WHY I couldn’t drink the boba I found a lovely piece of hair which ultimately killed my appetite for the drink. The customer service is awful and they were rude the whole time. We ordered 3 different drinks, one of which was a moon tea with almond milk and tapioca boba. All the other drinks were amazing but the drink mentioned wasn't fully made, there was no almond milk (there was no milk in my MILK tea at all) there was no ice and it took over 40 minutes for them to make 3 drinks. There is only one worker that is actually good and when she's there the drinks are always amazing and they come out fast, but all of the other employees suck. For downtown, this spot offers a wide variety in options and drinks. We ordered a cafe latte and a mango refresher with boba. The latte was nice and warm, perfect for a cold evening, but due to how the milk was steamed, it was off and didn’t taste right for a latte. My sibling had the refresher and really liked the drink, only thing is the boba was too big for the straw so she wasn’t able to get them.
