This place is a joke. I get off at midnight and get in the drive through. I wait 15 minutes in line before I even get to the speaker with only 2 cars ahead of me. I then wait an additional 15 minutes before I got to the window. Then I wait another 5 minutes before I get my food. The management in this place is a joke. And so are the workers. For over a month when you came into drive through you would be told cash only and the only things you were allowed to order is the McDouble, chicken nuggets and fries plus a drink (that they didnt even have ice for). One day I got off work and me and my coworker decided to go there and get some food. I called all the way from pottsville (another town over) to this location. They let the phone ring for 5 minutes then answered it ( I know because I could here them talking) then before I could say anything they hung up on me. All I wanted to know is if their card reader was working so I knew to get cash or not. After they hung up I called again, this time they let it ring for 3 minutes then picked up the phone and put it back down and hung up on me. And when I got there I was told cash only even though I just drove 15 miles to get there AND called the whole way. It doesnt matter what I order they always mess it up. Normally I order 2 McDoubles with cheese and i never get cheese and only half the time does it have pickles. And literally every time I get Dr. Pepper its flat. Honestly I dont think anyone there knows how to do their job or doesnt want to. And I'm starting to believe that they tell people the card reader is down or that you can only order between 4 items just so people wont come through at night. They never say thank you or apologize for horrible service. And when you try to call to talk to a manager in the morning all they say is come in with a receipt proving that you were actually there. And if you dont have one then they dont care. Also in the drive through you can CLEARLY see cockroaches crawling around all over the building. In my personal opinion they dont even deserve the one staring have given them. I truly hope corporate comes in and fixes these issues. But I as a customer am extremely unsatisfied with this location and its...
Read moreWe stopped at this McDonald's while traveling through on I-40 around 2:30 PM on July 5, hoping for a quick meal during a fuel stop. Unfortunately, our experience reflected poor customer service, undertrained employees, and management that seemed disengaged.
We used the drive-thru, which was split into two order lanes. Thankfully, we chose the right one. The truck four or five cars ahead of us in the left lane was still sitting at the order speaker by the time we had completed our order—a sign of the delays to come.
At the payment window, no one was there initially despite being told, “first window, I’ll be right here.” After about a minute, an employee appeared and took our $22+ payment. When we pulled up to the next window to receive our order, we were told it would “take a while” and asked to park.
Unfortunately, we couldn't move forward because the two cars ahead of us had already been asked to park because the designated spots were full—likely with other delayed orders. We watched one employee go from car to car trying to find the right customer for each bag of food. It might have been comical if it weren’t so inefficient.
Eventually, we were asked again to park once a spot opened. I declined and asked to speak to the manager. A slightly older teenager arrived, claiming to be the manager. I explained that it shouldn't take more than 11 minutes to prepare chicken nuggets, fries, and a hamburger. His response was indifferent, suggesting this sort of complaint wasn’t new.
Our food finally arrived at the 12-minute mark. Half of the 20 nuggets were cold, the fries were fresh, and the hamburger had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp.
In short, this location appears to suffer from poor training, ineffective management, and a lack of operational oversight. I recommend skipping this McDonald's—there are better-managed...
Read moreThe McDonald's on ar331 in Russellville, AR is the worst McDonald's I believe I have ever been in. The drive thru is 2 lanes, and both lanes were backed up to the main road. I decided to park and walk in to order my lunch, a number 7 = 2 cheeseburgers, medium fries, and a coke. Probably the easiest meal they make, after 35 minutes of standing there in the lobby, the young kid that was wearing a assistant manager badge walked by me without any contact, I decided to get his attention and show him my receipt, he said he doesn't have time to help me, he has to go on the roof. I said hold on, I'm the customer, I showed him my receipt with the time of order, and said this is unacceptable, he went in the back for all of a quick minute, and came back with my meal, didn't apologize or anything, I said said thank you and walked out, after I get back to my truck, I checked the meal and it wasn't hot, it may have been just over room temperature. Absolutely disappointed. I left and just disposed of the food. And they want 15.00 dollars or more an hour for there wage, ... Hell no, they can't even get a simple order right or on time. I will not return to this address. I will drive across town to a different...
