Aroma Joe's — Restaurant in Saco

Incredible, absolutely incredible. Eldon was so friendly and helpful and proactively so, my order came together and was made so quickly, the set up they have at the drive thru is optimal, and of course everything is delicious.

Do me a favor and look back two reviews of mine. I'm not exaggerating I actually think the experience relative to the one I had the other day is some kind of cosmic or karmic coalescence or realignment. The entire experience was, from the beginning to the end, the exact opposite of what happened at the other location. I'm now an aroma Joe's fan for life. This might be the best frappe I've ever had, I cannot wait to bite into this everything bagel, just an all around great experience. i didn't know it was a chain, I'm happy I spotted it would I was driving! And now I know for sure it was just that terrifyingly maladjusted mad madam mim at that other place who is scaring off the customers. Shame this is my second aroma Joe's order not my first, but c'est la vie. Looking forward to more drinks and bites to eat. Thanks y'all!!

Good coffee but staff can't talk and make coffee @ same time.. And I don't need to listen to personal conversations while I'm waiting almost 10 minutes for 1 coffee. It irks me to watch them stand with my coffee half made in their hand while they stop to tell a story about what they did on their day off. Its not cheap coffee. I paid over 8 bucks for 2 coffees so dont make me pay for my wasted time as well while I'm trying to get to work on time myself. I'm not going back for a while. Hopefully the staff will change when I go back in a few weeks & be more professional. I shouldn't have to leave for work 20 minutes early to get my daily iced coffee. I come to this aroma Joe's almost every day and one I have never understood is the way the add cream to the coffee. Just poor it into a spoon over the cup. There is no way to get any consistency or accuracy. I can't count the number of times I've asked for 2 creams and the cup that gets handed to me is white like a cup of milk. Ive gotten to the point where most of the Barista's in there know me and service is great. But I still get the new ones that don't know how I like it. Why would it be so hard to use a pump or dispenser to gain consistency in your drinks and save some money. I can tell you that they are pouring your profits down the drain...
