Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Sacramento

Lousy service. food so so nothing special (My son asked me to buy it for him). If you are not white people, don't eat there. I ate same franchise at 5851 Sunrise Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA. I was not asked to back off two weeks ago. this fast restaurant at 8124 Delta Shores Cir S, Sacramento, CA, yesterday I was asked twice to back off unnecessarily more than 8ft+ when its staff and I wore masks that mine was 3M N95 with full height plastic shields between the staff/covered food boxes and any customers. Then I was forced to back off farther of course the staff and I had difficult to make my order right with extra distance. I had to point and spoke loudly my food choices unnecessarily. One more thing, this Delta shore restaurant, customers was forced lining up in pre-set aisle between table blocks and food display boxes. after being asked to back off, my body back was leaned on the tables blocks behind me. Then I was ridiculously considered OK The next customer was a white guy who was inside the "aisle" (same as me before) this white guy was not asked to back off. As a food service worker, I have to say this location was my worst experience in any chipotle in Sacramento area!! On April 2nd, I placed a steak bowl with extra meat Barbacoa(double meat in total) on chipotle website for 7:45pm pickup. I requested extra lettuce, extra beans as well. However, when I went to this location to pick up my order, I found out that there even was Not any utensil fork nor napkin in my unsealed and unprepared chipotle bag! When I opened the bowl lid and started to eat, I was shocked that my double meat portion was even not equivalent to one regular order of steak! This was not what a well-trained chipotle employee should have done! And there was no extra lettuce or extra beans at all. All the food portion was even not as normally high as the upper edge of the bowl. A few things, first let’s start with workers not wearing gloves while serving food. In addition to that. The cleanliness of the kitchen was disgusting and the food on display was all over the place. White rice mixed with the brown rice, lettuce in the sour cream, and the chicken all over the counter. Not to mention terrible customer service, when I got my serving of protein it was less than 4oz which is standard and less than a spoon full, to be exact it was 6 pieces literally of chick I could count it I was practically served a bowl of rice.
