Halloween Horror at Domino's Where to start? After waiting 45 minutes, I called to check on our order. The girl on the phone explained it would be another 90 minutes because it's Halloween and they were busy. She kept making excuses--claiming there was no way to communicate delays through the app and that delivery times are "based on averages." Frustrated, I hung up since there wasn't much to do but tend to trick-or-treaters. An hour later, my wife received an email that our order had been cancelled. She called back and spoke with the same girl--who identified herself as the manager--and was told the order was cancelled because I hung up on her. No confirmation call. No email. Nothing. The order was already paid for; if we wanted to cancel, we would have done so in the app. When I called back, I asked for her name and for contact info for the owner--just a name or email to file a complaint. She refused, saying she didn't "feel safe" and didn't have to provide it, then made it about her feelings. We've ordered from Domino's for 40 years in five different states--and from this location for the past two. Never again. This so-called "manager" is in way over her head. Shame on Domino's and the owner of this store for letting someone like this represent...
Read moreI will be contacting corporate about Brain. When asked if there was a manager on duty he lied and told me no. I had to ask the driver who informed me that Brian was the general manager. Brian in no way performs like a GM or has any kind of customer service skills as a GM. When I called and asked for the district managers number Brian completely changed his tone. He said the phone number so fast three times and I was still unable to write it down and was hung up on. When I called back several times he repeatedly hung up on me and refused to answer my calls. I personally think there needs to be some major changes to your current crew. Lacey should be in Brian's position and he should be looking for non customer service position! I will no longer be patronizing this location. And this whole situation has had me doubt Dominos in in general. As stated in the beginning I will be calling corporate about Brian. The only reason I asked for the District managers number was due to the last few times I have ordered there have been issues with the order. Joel you are amazing thank you for being understanding and...
Read moreVery nice people. I've been there twice and they are always really polite and pleasant. The last time I order 4 pizzas online while I was right and the corner. I got to the store 3 minutes after placing the order and decided to go inside to wait because it was so hot out. They greeted me instantly and after I told them I was there for a pickup, they apologized it wasn't ready. I told them not a problem, I literally just ordered 4 minutes ago. They kept giving me updates, each of the crew let me know it's status and approximate timeline. And it wasn't slow, there were 6 other customers in the store, all being helped by the two cashiers, but the whole staff would constantly give updates. Twice I heard from the guy in the back loading pizzas into the oven call out to apologize to the customers in line and thank them for waiting patiently, then would give me updates on my order. 4 pizzas and from ordering to receiving it was maybe 10 minutes. Though as nice and polite as everyone was, it could have been 4 times as long of a wait and I doubt I would have noticed. And I know I...
