See previous review below I had to update my review and I’m happy to report I’m upping them to 4 stars. The last two visits have been a totally different (for the better) experience compared to the previous visits. Did mobile orders for both, and everything was ready when I arrived and correct. Things were moving much faster too, which is great! If they keep this up, I might even up them to 5 stars! So before I actually got here I figured I'd give this place 3 stars because they're new and training/opening during Covid has to have been tough. However, as I sit here at the window I'm demoting my review to 2 stars. This is my third visit here (maybe fourth). The food and drinks are good, but the drive thru line is always long. I get that it's new and I get that the lobby has had to be closed for a while during Covid, but the line is 't long simply because they're busy. They're slooooooooowwwwww. At the speaker I waited a good several minutes before anyone even talked to me. Finally they say hi and I tell them I have a mobile order. "Okay, pull forward." No other details asked. Get to the window and they say something about only having some fruity drink (sorry to the person with THAT order). "Ummm, I'm confused - I had a latte." Scrambling employees look for a while and come back. "What did you have?" A latte and a sourdough breakfast sandwich. Several more minutes and I get just the sandwich. Several More minutes and, "what kind of latte? Sorry." All told, I think I was at the window about 10 minutes for two items (or however long it took me to write this). If you didn't get my mobile, just say that the first time! However, thanks for the extra large in place of the medium for the wait.
Moral of the story: food and drinks are yummy. Never been disappointed with them. But if you're in a hurry, either get Taco Bell across the driveway or Starbucks...
Read moreI quit this job a while back. It’s filthy and disgusting. We have roaches, spiders, ants, slugs. The owners are dirty Indian owners and don’t care about anyone but themselves. They forced us to serve expired things such as Irish cream, some cold foams, salted caramel cold foam, strawberry & blueberry coolata flavors. All these things were served in lattes, macchiatos, frozen drinks and slushies. They all knew these things were expired and forced us to serve it. They tried to rub off the expiration dates on them but we could still see they’re expired when we zoomed into it on our phones. We’ve failed many corporate inspections and they still haven’t passed. The baker doesn’t bake with gloves at all most of the time and licks her fingers. Our old manager used to not wear gloves at all sometimes and would adjust his private parts in front of everyone as well and would bake like that. There’s mold where we put the donuts on the racks as well and They never wash this. The sanitation in this place is filthy no one tries to sanitize things because they are lazy and use dirty rags to wipe off things that we serve to customers and most of the time these rags have bleach or pinesol in these rags. ( we’re suppose to use sanitizer). Sandwich station has a lot of cross contamination, the same with the drinks station. Other than this, do not eat here at all. We had have dead roaches in several places such as inside the donut boxes and inside the sandwich station. The people that work there half of the time does not wash the dishes properly and just dips them in soap and rinse. They do...
Read moreYUCK! I went through the drive in today around 12:50pm to get a bagel, chai tea, and a glazed donut for my son. When I pulled up to the board the person taking the order sounded like they were having a bad day, however I didnt pay it any mind. As I pulled up to the take out window there was a lady covered in tatoos and piercings with an earpod in her ears talking to her friend on the phone. I handed her my money and she handed me my order. i then turned and asked her if she could add a glazed donut to the order since there were no other cars in line and i forgot to add it to my order, she replied yes. She came back with the donut, i handed her my money. She put the money in the register and as she was taking out the change, i heard some of the coins droping on the floor which i saw her bend down to take up. She handed me the donut bag and mumbled something under her breath, which i didnt pay much attention to. As i pulled away i decided to check the donut bag before i handed it to my son in the back seat. To my SHOCK AND utter SUPRISE the young lady was trying to tell me dropped the filthy loose change from my order in the DONUT BAG! i promptly retuned to the window and returned ALL the items purchased. Im so sorry, as much as my son loves these donuts, i will not be returning because i dont want me or my son to get...
