I was trying not to do this. I have been to this location multiple times and usually they’re on point but lately like within the last month or so every single time I get my drink its wrong. I understood for the most part when my drink order was a bit complicated, maybe a forgotten drizzle or topping or missed alternate milk choice. Honestly though today was the last straw. My wife and I ordered Cinnamon Roll Breve and a Cinnamon Roll Cold Brew, her breve was meant to have light caramel drizzle , it was put into xenial correctly, the broista even put it into the comment section in all caps and we got the drink boom caramel drizzle was everywhere, we’ve had light drizzle multiple times we know what its supposed to look like and I know it sounds trivial but its a build up of little things like this happening over and over again. My cold brew was meant to have Softop and I got whipped cream instead , again something so small but I was just getting tired of having to tell someone to fix something and having eyes being rolled at me. I always have my order read back to me its not that its ever inputted wrong its that the people making drinks arent dully reading through and executing each order the way its asked of them. I also understand it gets busy so speed is very important but I also don’t understand being treated as if I made a mistake and having eyes being rolled at me when its clear the drink was just accidentally made wrong. Read moreThe last 2 times that I was l went through the drive thru at this location, I had a car cut in front of me on both occasions. The 2nd time, I pulled behind the car in the left lane thinking that the workers would come back out to take orders. Then a minute or so later, a person pulled into the right lane. What I did not know was the car in front of me had already been served and that car allowed the car in the right lane to drive in front of her. Spoke to the worker and the manager at the time with just an EMPTY LAME apology with every excuse on why the incident happened.
Workers should have been paying attention since the signage that the manager says that was supposed to be out there, was not. Customer Service skills at this Dutch Bros location (worker that served me and manager) are some of the poorest that I've seen in this industry.
