I would give a lower rating if I could. This Taco Bell never seems to have their team together and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I noticed something hard in my soft taco within the first bite that I took and there was a damn button in my food. I don't understand how anyone with half a brain would be able to allow something like this to be put into my food. When I brought it to the manager's attention, he just looked dumbfounded and had no real solution other than refunding me. Doesn't help with the tooth pain or anything. Great job on contaminating my food, Taco Bell. I still have no idea what it was and I can guarantee I won't be the only one this happens to. Dont risk breaking a tooth on something that isn't food!

THE WORST TACO BELL EVER!!! PORTIONS WERE UNBELIEVABLY TINY. I ordered a Mexican Pizza meal and the 2 tacos that came with it barely equated to one taco other than the tortillas. Then the lady that took my order assumed I needed a math lesson on what 2+2 was. They entered my drink choice wrong and once they got it right they still screwed it up. Long story short they are now on the black list of fast food restaurants. With everyone working at fast food making 20 bucks an hour I would hope they would at least be happy to provide decent customer service. But instead we get piss poor service with half portions for double price wtf is going on. The workers must get bonuses for cutting cost on food and materials

This was not a good food experience for us. We could have eaten at In-N-Out across the parking lot. We chose to do something different this time. Once we figured out the menu and self-order kiosk, we ordered our food. The food came barely warm. The fries were not nearly as good when not hot. The sauce i ordered was not in stock. If you're gonna have a self-order kiosk, but should be able to know and say "we are temporarily out of your ordered sauce. I then could have chosen a different meal. The windows were very dirty. It was like a bunch of small kids or larger dogs had smeared their grimy hands or paws all over the windows. I probably won't go to that particular taco bell again.

TLDR: 1 hour long wait drive thru, poorly made food ( for Taco Bell ), and employees screaming at each other in front of the drive thru window.

Occurred 09/19/2018 on a WEDNESDAY. Just got off of work and needed a quick painless meal to take home. Already loaded up my Taco Bell app and ordered my food before pulling into the parking lot to make the drive thru process quicker. My butt never puckered up quicker than when I saw a line with multiple cars still not even in the drive thru. I figured whatever, I already ordered the food, how long could it take? Boy, that was a poor decision. I was in the line for AN HOUR! That isn't my definition of fast food whatsoever. Got into line at 10:39 and out just before 11:40. What a disgrace! That's not even the worst part. When I got to the front of the line and look through the drive through line I notice what has been holding up this atrocious line. I see one of the employees yelling at two other employees because she wants to take a break despite the 15-20 car line. The employees getting yelled at looked mortified and kept profusely apologizing for the wait. I don't blame them at all. This Taco Bell is understaffed, uncoordinated, and unacceptable. Normally I love Taco Bell but, when I got home to open up my disappointment of a meal they dropped the bar even lower. My burritos we're soggy in multiple parts from sitting too long ( I order them grilled specifically to avoid this ) and the way they put the ingredients in the burrito resulted in only ever getting a bite or one ingredient at a time ( E.G. one bite with nothing but beans, one bite with nothing but rice, etc ). My girlfriend ordered a few mini quesadillas, and there was less than an inkling of cheese in each one. To clarify further, there were more ingredients on the out side of the quesadilla and the outside of the wrapper than there was inside the quesadillas. What the kind hell kind of service is this?! I can't believe I waited through that awful line and paid hard earned money for such an appalling meal/experience. Taco Bell you have just lost two very loyal customers from your establishments due to this one extremely...

Just went through the drive through 4pm Monday 1/2/2023. We were missing a crunch wrap supreme, went inside told the guy, he asked for the receipt, I said it's probably out in the car, he said go get it, I said its raining like crazy out there. Went to the car, turns out we didn't get a receipt. Now in my vast experience of the fast food industry, especially considering this place has all the newest tech, he could have easily looked at our order, since only one other car had gone after us it would be even easier. I don't want anything free, I'm not trying to rob you of $5 of junk food. I simply wanted what my partner had ordered from your ever so illustrious establishment with coded bathrooms (classy lol). The food was decent it's taco bell, the place was a mess, the service sucked and was rude, not my best experience. Perhaps teach the only person wearing a mask today to not be rude and how to look up order history. Maybe explain to him that he literally just spoke to the guy AT THE WINDOW, that's now asking you for his missing item. Unbelievably rude. Also would be nice to have my receipt.

Update: if all that wasn't bad enough, they stabbed our burritos, like literally perfectly same size stab wounds on each burrito in the middle at slightly different spots. So while driving the first burrito squirted out onto my shirt. The second had the same wounds, everyone's burritos had 1-2 stabs in them. I couldn't make this up 😆 seriously is this the new policy...

Placed order online and employee on cash register told me it was a 25 minute wait. Approximately 35 minutes later, a customer with no previous order at the counter and no previous order online was immediately attended to and given their smaller order. I inquired only to find out that my order had gone ignored for those 35 minutes. Did they just forget? No worse.

The Manager told me his justification for allowing some random customer to skip in line was due to limited staff and a smaller order. Irrelevant and lazy! He has no right to choose who gets to be first or last in line based on convenience to him or his staff. The promise on my receipt number (#) that guarantees fair service to me as an ahead of the line paying customer is beyond broken.

The current Manager and Staff no longer follow their corporate procedures of fairness to all customers and the result is that customer service under this manager is dysfunctional with unfair preference to small orders they want to fulfill and intentionally punishing and discouraging paying customers from larger orders by placing them at the back of the prep line.

And straight from the Manager's mouth this is now their working official policy.

Taco Bell...
