Overall experience was disappointing. Atmosphere was stuffy over crowded with table and chairs. There was a very minimal amount of room to move/walk between tables, let alone pull out your chair and sit at one. The facility does have fans, but one is on at a low speed, and when asking to turn others on, the employees will just ignore you. This spot is known for sports gatherings, and even through they are equipped with multiple TV's, the faculty will only turn one on unless asked several time. Food cooking time was snail speed slow. Had a large party spent plenty of money yet no consideration to prep and cook pizza promptly by employees. The staff waited 25-30 minutes before finally preparing and placing the pizzas to cook. I've been coming here for years, great place to get pizza especially in large quantities. Although the outside isnt out of the ordinary, the inside has been on the decline for quite some time now. The inside is in desperate need of a good carpet cleaning if not new carpets altogether and the booth tables are falling apart. As for the kids, the arcade is notorious for pinching quarters and no refunds. Speaking of, I went to the counter for 10 dollars in quarters via debit payment but was told there is a dollar fee. I notice a sign that says any purchase under 10 dollars has a 50 cent fee, understandable but when you want quarters to play pool on their tables it doesnt make sense to pay them 11 dollars for 10 dollars in quarters that goes directly back to their...

Wish I could put zero stars but I can't. Place was terrible. Nice inside but pizza was over priced. 50 bucks for 2 med pizzas, a half pitcher of beer, and a soda. They didn't want to give a ranch considering we just spent all that for horrible food. Wanted us to pay for the ranch which was no problem but for that price, y'all can give a ranch! The pizza crust was premade or frozen I couldn't quite figure that out. The cheese on the pizza is one of them cheap cheeses that don't melt right! Was not good at all! The beer was super flat, that's all just flat. I knew we shoulda went to Luigi's on Stockton. Anything near Mack road including most ppl are sure to be a disappointment.
